Worst purchase

You have about 2 inches where is half the heat I never used metal utensils in the skillet so when the coating started coming off I was very mad. It worked great at first but a month in and everything sticks. This was a huge waste of money for me. Less than a year and a half later and I have to search for a new electric skillet.

The probe is thermostatically controlled and incorporates an indicator light which switches off automatically when the temperature selected has been reached and then cycles on and
off to indicate that the selected temperature is being maintained.
The STEAM VENT on the tempered glass lid allows steam to escape while cooking with the LID in place.

The price, size, glass lid with vent hole, being dishwasher safe, was the reason for this purchase. I haven' t used it yet, but looking forward too it.
