    Purchased at Best buy on line, asked if this was Microsoft excel, Microsoft word & powerpoint. I even chatted with a tech and was told it was. When arrived this is not Microsoft software. Very unhappy will not buy on line or chat with your tech given wrong info by your online . You should make sure your tech are not giving out wrong info. Check my chat if you need to verify.

    Bought this for nothing. My computer didn't recognize the software and received a warning from Trend Micro not a safe software.

    Do not purchase this unless you are willing to waste a lot of time to unsuccessfully try to download or enter the REDEMPTION CODE on the ENCORE WEBSITE. Seems counterintuitive to have to go through another company to obtain an OFFICE product.

    This is rebranded SoftMaker Office 2021, TextMaker works very similar way as MS Word and use the same formats. Best part is, there is no subscription.
