Frustrated with PS v6.0

I downloaded a lot of projects on v23 and am not able to transfer them to v6.0. I could use assistance in understanding this or can I be refunded and get Print Shop Deluxe v23.0 to replace what I have now?

Lesson learned!

RIP OFF!

I tried to download and it doesn't work. I got on the chat line and a tech could not get it to work after 30 minutes. He suggested I call a 1-800 number. I called and the person said I had to wait 24-48 hours for another email. Ruined my project timing! I asked for a refund and she said NO CAN DO! What if it doesn't work when the next email comes? Horrible experience. I would have given zero stars if able to.

THERE IS SOMTHING WRONG WITH THE ITEM. ITEMS BOUGHT- DRYER -MADE SQUALING NOISE WHEN PLUGED IN,, FRIG - MAKES A LOUD HUMMING NOISE WHEN IT RUNS. WASHER - IT DOES NOT FILL WITH HOT WATER RIGHT. FIT BIT- WONT KEEP PROGRAM UP WHEN THE BATTERY DIES, HAVE TO REPROGRAM IT. SO YOU SEE I HAVE NO LUCK WITH BEST BUY ITEMS.
