I purchased this open box because the power bank was a backup to use if my phone died while working as a delivery driver. It's about 1.5x the capacity of my iphone mini so it definitely can get the phone to stay alive if I get into a pinch. The charger shipped for FREE and arrived quickly. Best Buy definitely wanted to get these sold and if I was looking to buy a small capacity power bank, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.

I love this power bank, it has been a life saver or should I say battery phone saver. =) I will be getting another one. I haven’t had a problem with it yet and I have purchased quite a few battery changers. This is by far the best one I’ve had. I would definitely recommend this charger to anyone.

needed something really small that would fit in a pocket and not take up a lot of space. Perfect size for what I needed, charges my phone nicely and is very lightweight.

This is unrelated to this charger. Best buy sold us a dyson vacuum cleaner that later broke. When we attempted to have it fixed or replaced we discovered that it had no serial number. Neither Best Buy or Dyson will help us. Some one from customer service finally called back after I made a complaint to the better business Bureau or the consumer something. I couldn't talk at the time so the representative said to call him back when i was available. When i called the phone number he provided it was a non working number. I have had several unsatisfying warenty issues with Best buy. I will not buy any larger ticket items from them now. Trust is gone.

Works well as expected. The power bank has 4 led dots to let you know the battery level and the charge level when it’s plugged in for charging. Compact design.

I use this power bank for my backpack and it holds a very good charge. Ive been able to charge my phone 3 times on one charge. Highly recommend.

I like the compact size an pretty much all it is aside from the capacity, i bought the 5000 mah , it disappointed me on the first use of it . Shipping was fast i got the power bank full charged it over night carried for two days thenni put it back on the charger and it was still full so it does hold a charge . What i dont like is that it was advertised as a full charge for phones i have iphone and when i plugged it in this morning to charge i got one charge from it took it down to one bar left of juice in the power bank and to top it off i was in the upper 30% on the phone . Its almost pike i recived a used worn out power bank . I gave it 3 stars because of price an it does work . Its just not what i expected from reading the product discription

Overall, pretty good charging bank. I like the indicator lights which let you know how much battery is left. Battery life is ok but does recharge pretty fast.

This is a a great portable battery. I used this to re-charge my phone and my earbuds while traveling.

Good back up. Necessary for outages.Short charging and holds it forever. Of course it is heavy, they have to be.
