THE BEST GAMING HEADSET IVE EVER PURCHASED

Pros: This is the highest quality headset you can get that is dedicated for gaming. I have tried a bunch of other headsets (Corsair Virtuoso, Razer Nari, Logitech G935). The GSP 670 is by far has the highest fidelity of them all, not surprising since it is made by Senheiser. Low end is very nice not too powerful but just enough. Comes With a decent microphone, I prefer to use a stand alone and my colleagues on discord agree. The 7.1 surround is very accurate and sensitive. Weight is alright not heavy and not that light fairly comfortable, the band is wide and spread out so the weight is distributed nicely. Pressure on the ear cups tho are a little tight.
Cons: The price is very high but not unusual considering it’s coming from senheiser. But for the price I was hoping the charging port would be Usb c but it’s not it’s Micro USB, like it’s 2020 come on. But nothing a magnetic adapter can’t fix. Next up is range, nothing special they claim 20 meters but heading toward my kitchen from my room with wooden walls only goes up to about 10 meters which is about the same compared to all the other headsets I’ve tried.
All in all if you got the dough. I say it worth if your looking for the best WIRELESS HIGH FIDELITY GAMING HEADSET.

The EPOS -GSP 670 is a headset made by one of my favorite headphone companies, Sennheiser. I have personally been using a pair of HD600 headphones for all my media and gaming needs for the past couple of years. In fact, I use my headphones so much I have to replace the earpads every couple of months with the occasional wire too. Thankfully they keep making replacement parts for those glorious headphones, but one of the downsides to those headphones is the lack of a mic. It's not something I view as a huge downsides, but it does make communicating with other people a whole lot harder when you have to resort to in-game chat or emotes.
To solve that problem, I thought I would check out this EPOS headset made by Sennheiser. I do have to shamefully admit I may be missing a substantial amount of brain cells, because I have tripped over my HD600's cable countless times causing them to be ripped off from my head and giving them them the opportunity to French my tile floor as they slam on the floor. Despite that they work just as good as ever, but with a little bit less paint every time. That is one of the appeals for choosing a wireless headset or a traditional wired one for me at least.
Well if you have bought any Sennheiser headphones before, then you should be very familiar with the box. It is sturdy and the headset is surrounded by a thick layer of custom cut foam to ensure they arrive safety. The box, also includes a small accessories box that proudly boasts the Sennheiser logo in silver. The accessories are are a micro-usb cable to type-a, the wireless usb type-a dongle as they call it, a usb type-a extension for your dongle and some papers that are unlikely to be read.
The headset is made mostly of plastic with a couple of area reinforced with metal. The headset also has a bit of weight to it and does not creak or croak. On the left is the mic which can be activated by pulling it down or muted by lifting it up. An audible click is head when the mic is activated or muted, but a indicator light on the mic would be a nice improvement. Still on the left is the silly, micro-usb port used for charging and software updates, a status light and a slider that can be moved to give an approximation of battery remaining. On the right, is a volume knob that can precisely increase or decrease the volume. Additionally, the volume knob is used as a power switch and the headset is turned on by increasing the volume. Like the mic, a click is heard when the headset is turned on. The headset will also let you know what it connects to when turned on. The right also has a chat volume mix and a mysterious button that I have not used yet.
Out of the box, I decided to try this headset on my Windows 10 computer. I plugged in the dongle and turned on the headset. Immediately, Windows 10 detected the dongle and set it up. The dongle and the headset also detected each other and no user input was required. On PC, you can install EPOS Gaming Suite and the software allows you to make custom EQ presets, update the dongle or headsets software, turn on 7.1 surround, reverb control for just the audio. The mic can also have EQ applied to it, set a noise gate, control the gain, and noise cancelation. It also shows battery percentage on the top as a bonus.
Sound quality for the headset is decent, but not as good as I am used to on my wired HD600 headphones. Granted the wireless aspect of this headset probably limits some of its capabilities, but I would of loved to hear it sound just as good. This is quite apparent when I watched some YouTube videos or listened to music. The headset in games is great and allows for greater positioning of your enemies. I played COD: Cold War and the game sounded way different even though it was still in stereo mode. I could more easily tell an enemies direction and honestly it felt like a substantial advantage over my regular headphones.
The mic is very strong on this headset and feels like quality. You can customize the mic in the EPOS software, but out of the box the mic is just clean. I had a fan blowing at my face and you would not know it was there. It really was that good, but I just couldn't find how to extend the mics arm so it could sit closer to my mouth flaps. Out of the box, it barely reaches the edges which severely limits that CLEAN mic without having to speak LOUDLY or turning up the gain. Otherwise, that mic is really good.
Overall, the headset is pretty good and is sure to make many gamers happy. However, the price is on the higher end and I feel like it needs some improvements that will make it feel like a good value. First, the micro-usb port and cable need to go and be replaced with usb type-c. Having to fiddle with micro-usb to get it in the right direction sucks and it's not easy to insert either. Another thing that would make this headset a whole lot better is a charging stand. Forget fiddling with cables, just plop it on the stand and have it charge. Lastly, improving the sound quality to get it as close to a set of wired headphones would be great. It's not bad now and it is probably more than adequate for most people. However, as someone that prides themselves in achieving eye-watering sound this would be a huge plus. Also this is more of a preference, but I would love to see an open variant of these to allow for more ambient sound and better ear cooling. This headset is good, but there are some things to take into consideration.

I’m 50 plus hours in with this headset and I have to say I’m really liking it. The software download was a bit finicky but so was the Astro command center. Once all was set up it really is a good headset. I haven’t had any connection issues and I honestly sit less than 6 ft from a dual band router that mainly uses 2.4. They are a little tight on the bottom of the ears but in the booklet it’s says it will loosen up over time.
Pros
-Sound
-Battery
-Mic
Cons
-Tight fit
-Software download
If I had to score it I’d give them a 9.2. Just for reference I have Astro A50 gen4 (9.1), SteelSeries Arctics Pro Wireless (9.1), Turtle Beach Stealth 600 (8.5).

I've used a few wired gaming headphones in the past and at some point I would forget and accidentally move causing the headphone wires to rip or the connection port to be damaged. A wireless one was much needed.
The headset instructions were straight forward. After getting the headset charged. I went ahead and connected it. One thing that stood out was the comfort of the headset. It's feels like being in a luxury vehicle whereas my old headhones were solid but not this comfortable. The sound quality is excellent. My teammates were able to hear me clearing through the mic. You can also tell they used quality materials for the build. It's made well and solid.
So far I'm pleased with this. I'd recommend this to fellow gamers that are interested in a quality wireless headset.

The GSP 670 headset meets all and exceeds many of my expectations. I used a Sennheiser PC 363D headset for a couple of years and it was a quality product worthy of its price. The only problem for me was the fact that it was not wireless and the audio cord kept getting in the way.
The GSP 670 is promoted as a gaming headset. However, I am not a gamer. My primary use of the headset is a combination of listening to music, videos adding the soundtrack to videos and podcasts.
After looking a lot of reviews and YouTube videos I decided to take a chance and replace my 363D headset with the GSP 670 and am very happy with that decision. The sound quality and range is excellent. I can use the GSP 370 all day without the need to stop and recharge them. I like the ability to link the headset with a USB bluetooth adapter as well. It seamlessly connects to my laptop, TV and phone. It is comfortable to wear and adjustable in a variety of ways so it should fit almost everyone. In conference calls and zoom, people can hear me clearly. In addition, if I a m editing a video and recording an audio tract, the sound captured with the mic is very clear.

Overall I really enjoy this headset. It was relatively easy to set up. The volume/mic mute options on the headset are very easy to use and have a sleek look to them. I feel the price point is a bit much for a wireless headset, but they are comfortable to wear. I rate 4/5 stars because price is a bit expensive, and I don’t have a huge head, but a decent sized one, and the headset fits kind of tight.

A little disappointed. I was looking for an on ear headset not an over the ear one. I guess i should have played more attention to the image not just the description. The headset is good although I find it very heavy it works great i didn't bother vith downloading any software for it just hooked it up to my pc vith Bluetooth and it works fine.

Software and Firmware Updates took away Features

Technically the best sounding headset with nice separate voice and game/music audio streams but absolutely ruined by terrible software. I've spent hours trying to get these re-paired after losing a connection. The new firmware update (2022-08) to the dongle reads as another headset completely (GSA 70 & GTW 270). The GTW 270 update combined the separate audio streams into 1 making half the features useless as well as ignoring the Windows volume setting now (you can only adjust volume using the on-headset dial), the EPOS Gaming Suite software doesn't even detect it at all when not plugged in, and it randomly disconnects/reconnects every 20-30mins. Stay away.

You are forced to use special software to access basic features and it is buggy and frustrating to use. The wireless dongle can’t handle being near anything with Bluetooth or a router without losing connection or crackling. It also can’t handle being more than 1.5 feet away from the headset without crackling intermittently. If you plug in the headset to your computer to charge it, it loses connection to the dongle and disables the microphone (it does not usually lose sound thankfully).
Forgot to give pros:
Sound quality is good.
Mic quality is good.
Battery life is good.
Verdict: Either buy anything else, or wait for it to go on sale for $50.

My top choice for wireless gaming headphones with a decent quality mic. they say "broadcast quality" and i doubt that but it is one of the best and their flip to mute is much better then competitors like Astro A50s. their ambient surround sound is excellent when it connects, i use dolby atmos instead but switch it back at times when dolby doesnt behave. (windows sonic fights them, updates expected)
Better range then a50s by far
better comfort and sound and mic then a50s out of the box, A50s may be better with the upgraded ear cups for additional $60 USD+tax+shipping=no thank you. (imho)

The 670 is a quality headset. It's only shortfalls are its price and range quality. It's not as bad as I've read online but I can't be further than one room away in my house. Definitely not the end of the world however.
Everything else that you'd want in a headset this does excellently and without fail. It has amazing build quality, the best mic quality on a headset that I've ever used, and looks sounds and feels great.
The software that comes with the headset is alright, better than most that I've used but can be a bit finnicky to connect reliably. Otherwise the customization of sound and microphone options are great.

This is a great headset. I got it on sale for $200, and at that price its worth every penny. I'm coming from a SteelSeries Arctis 9X, which was good, but the sound on quality on the GSP 670 is unmatched. But what else would you expect from Sennheiser. I've seen other reviews complaining about the software but I haven't had any issues. Once I initially configured my side tone and noise gate settings, I almost never have to go back in the app.

I cannot recommend this headset to anyone! The only PROs I can think off are comfort and a pretty good mic. other than that I can only think of CONs. First off, the Software for this headset is absolutely terrible. You are lucky if you can get it to open on your pc. Review and ask questions many people are having the same issue. Second, you plan to be on your pc with this headset connected via dongle, you may have to plan on not using your headset at all. Because the dongle is connected over 2.4ghz any time you get a text message or unlock your phone, the headset will crackle. It is extremely annoying. I don't understand how Sennheiser decided to put their name on this headset. My search continues for a gaming pc headset.
