We do like this printer. Using it the first time might scare you some. Makes some noises when starting up and opening up to print. The only thing we wish it would do is when it shut down it would close up the tray. You have to manually push the tray in and then shut the door. The photos come out wonderful. You wouldn't know it was for a home printer and not a professional.

Although I already have an Epson printer, I was needing a replacement that was able to print directly on CD/DVD media. I first saw this printer on the website of another Office supply store but Best Buys price was $100 less with free shipping. A no brainer. I really didn't need the "all-in-one" feature since I already had a copy machine and scanner but what the heck, I liked the 11 x 17 paper handling feature. I have to say I have made several 11.7 x 16.5 inch prints with stunningly sharp, accurate color. Since it is also WiFi enabled I have printed from my phone, no computer needed. The CD/DVD printing feature does what I need with excellent results!

So, I have used HP printers for years and needed to replace an HP Premium that also printed CDs and DVDs. HP has dropped this functionality. Well, Epson to the rescue. This printer is super great. Hopefully it lasts awhile. Will also use it for posters. SWEET!

So far it's a nice printer. I upgraded from an old epson and the quality seems to be the same. You can print calanders and stationary direct feom the printer, which is cool. Photo quality is great with photo paper. Highly recommend!

I have only had this printer about 2 weeks and haven't had any problems. I had two other models of Epson small-in-one AIO that the print heads went bad on within 2 weeks of use. The colors in photos are great. The print speed is really good.even when printing on 11x17 photo paper. The ink cost much less than the Artisan 830 I previously used.

It may work better with windows OS,I don't know, the printer printed beautiful photos with basic software, the updates once installed the prints were atrocious,I contacted Epson with the issue & was told it was My paper, not the case They E-mailed Me the same exact updates that I downloaded in the first place with the same result. The printer replaced a Canon Pixma MG8120 which is an upper end all-in-one,I expected better performance from the Epson XP-950 I was sorely mistaken. I returned the printer & purchasing another Canon (They have U.S. based support with a 1-800 number FYI).
