Customers appreciate the excellent print quality and ease of use of the WorkForce WF-7620 Wireless Wide-Format All-In-One Printer. Many also find the wireless functionality, scanning capabilities, and multiple paper trays beneficial. However, some customers note that the printer is large and heavy, and some have experienced issues with noise levels and occasional reliability problems. The price point is generally considered reasonable.

Don't know where anyone could get a copier for the price that does so many task: copies 2 sided, uses 11x17 paper, faxes, scans, color copies, good speed, reasonable toner cost. Feels like a commercial size copier for home office setting.

My new Epson Workforce is excellent. It is allowing me to do a lot of the office jobs on the spot with good quality and reasonable speed. the ink cartridges are reasonable in price and the printer was a great buy.
It will be a real time saver and work horse for our small office.

Image quality is better on the matte paper than the glossy photo paper (both epson branded papers). Not super impressed with picture quality on the gloss paper but for it's price tag, it's great large format printer you can buy!

I need to be able to print wide format images and text for resale. I have 2 other wide format printers. This one is the fastest per page by far. Set up as a wireless printer in my office along with the 5 other printers, I've had no issues yet. So far I really like it.

Just replaced my HP printer with this baby and it's great! I can print, fax, scan all double-sided. No jams, no issues and easy enough for non-technical people to use. Everyone in my house can print now without me walking them through it!!!
Great printer... Not thrilled with the life expectancy of toner.

While it's technically an office/work printer, the WF-7620 has been a great option for craft and photography projects, too. With the back feed tray and the ability to print on extremely large format paper, it's been a real workhorse during ad-hoc design production projects.

Easy user friendly and brainless setup. I'm a physical hands on guy and not an It programmer. But can do almost anything and the set was easy to set up all laptops and all mobile phones. Only complaint is wife never can print with out me. But that my problem not bestbuy or manufacturers.

This printer does a fair job, but consumes ink rapidly. The EcoTank printer cost about $800 more, and I could not justify that up-front cost. I had this same printer previously, and it died an early death. So I'll just use this one as long as it lasts.

This is my second 7620 - I got it so I could print tabloid, as well. Runs great and has good quality for about 1-year, then starts to clog and the print quality goes down hill - get the protection so you can get a replacement in about 12-14 months.

Wide format printer with excellent image quality for only a little more then a standard printer. My photos look great at 13 x 19 on a good quality paper, I am very surprised that the sample cartridges that came with it are lasting as long as they do. A+++

I was not ready to jump to laser printer.
I was able to purchase this printer for $229, and what's unique about this printer is that you can print 11 x 17 paper, which is great for printing out or scanning Excel reports.

If you are looking for an all-around-purpose inkjet for a small home office, or serious home use, I would hands-down recommend this. I have owned a Epson WorkForce 630 for five years, und it was solid until a weekend with my nephew destroyed it. With proper maintenance, proper usage and no nephew, I have had great results with that printer. The color was very good.
So far, the WF-7620 Wireless Wide-Format is better in every aspect; similar color, better scan quality, and much faster, WiFi networking is vastly improved over the 630. I was looking for an 11 x 17 scan-bed more than anything, so this was on my wish-list until the half-off day I got it at Best Buy, which also eliminated any shipping fees since this is very large and heavy for an ink jet solution. Dual 11 x 17 paper trays are solidly designed with a cover to keep out household dust, which was a problem with the 630.
The touch-screen color display is responsive, colorful, intuitive and a lot easier to use than the 630. The unit also seem to remember settings when in plugged for a time, like date and router settings. The 630 could not do that.
This is a four-star machine, jack-of-all trades and a solid value. I have had issues with Epson print heads clogging, and repairs being very expensive. This is a 4-cartrige color, and not Epson's 6-color system.

I bought this printer mainly for its ability to print 11x17 from the tray, without requiring manual feed. I use this printer for CAD work and its great. Starter Ink doesn't last very long but that isn't an issue for me. Would definitely recommend this printer to orders.

Robust enough for commercial use but doesn't break the bank. I've been consistently disappointed with HP products over the years. I've never used Epson before, but I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.

Purchased replacement protection on previous model, had some issues and store offered to replace. Replacement item wasn't immediately available, so I opted for a nominal upgrade. Capabilities and print speed are wonderful on the new machine!

The product line could be called "Work Horse" instead. Easy to set up with LED touch screen commands that are mostly intuitive, with only occasional reference needed to the instruction manual. There's a great number of options, but virtually all can be understood without research. Wifi wireless commands sync smoothly and operate without fail. Computer screen instructions are easy to change at each office work station. Clean prints, rapid operation, and a host of variables that include a remote phone app "print command" all make this a powerful and flexible office unit.

I love epson printers, the quality is awesome! I like the this printer because of it's versatility; I can use it for school work, posters and artwork. The color lasts and the image is extremely clear.
