Neither me or my friends and family have heard of a machine that does both the washing and drying. I was actually expecting two machines in the set on delivery day and even asked the driver "you sure this it... One box". The machine works as advertised and you can adjust the drying times to as much as you need.

For 2 or 3 people this is great runs really quite . Does a great job. A little slow drying but that's ok.

If you need to wash daily don't purchase this machine. I've had it since September 30th and I'm already getting a error message on the machine. Called the 1-800 number the motor has gone out. They will send a tech out to fix it but I'm so disappointed in this machine.

Its been 3 weeks i purchased this product and now it would not work, After spending a good amount of money i think i have wasted money as well as time , it is a sub-standard product, I would recommend not to buy this product unless you have the money to waste, There is no technicians that this co. has who can repair this product, their customer service dept. does not answer calls, The owner manual is not easy to understand the operating procedure

This washer/dryer was great at first, but quickly went downhill. During the spin cycle, it has degraded to the point where it literally sounds like the washer/dryer is tearing itself apart from inside out. I can't be in my condo at the same time as it is running because it is extremely loud. Now, it has also started to leak. Considering I purchased this just a few months ago, the quality is terrible and I am going to purchase a different one (it's really that bad that I don't want to even bother having it fixed).
