I was not originally impressed with the advertisement and doubted the unit could live up to all the attention it was getting from Cedar or Escort. I took a chance and said, " if I don't like it or I have problems, Best Buy have a return policy. Well, fence sitters, I was wrong ! It not only live up to it's advertizement, as far as I'm concerned it passed ! This deyector is by far the best all around radar detector on the market hands down ! BSM filering is great, the k band filter seems to know the difference between false and an actual threat. The range is phenomenal ! It is well built and it is very attractive. As soon as I connected WIFI it gave me an update option! I"m very much impressed with the unit. I mst be the only one on here that believes it' worth the price, to me. You get what you pay for. I do think the warranty should be 3 years, not one. If you believe in your product stand behind it a little longer. But so far it's great unit.

Expensive but saved me from potential ticket on first use during a 600-mile highway trip. Great sensitivity and features. Great sensitivity and range. Solidly built. I looked at each model from bottom to top end and decided if I was going to use a radar detector there was no point in the lower end, less sensitive units.

Had a difficult time decided between this and the Uniden, especially since the Uniden is a lot cheaper. I like the automatic marking on false signals and the ability to program many of its features. It has had an impressive range and not as many false alarms as I was expecting during city driving. I think this will be a good investment.

This thing is huge. It absolutely does everything as advertised and more. You pair it with your phone or other high speed devise you have. It was too much for me to handle, way too much info to process, I'm sorry to say I returned it. You fighter jock types will fall in love with this masterpiece, I'd have to have a navigator with me to use this masterpiece. I bought the Max and really like it.

I can’t believe I was able to find this in stock on Best Buy website. I have been checking nonstop for month in several sites. Needless to say this detector is awesome and already saved me several times in the short time I have owned it. Range is insane and accurate. The arrows are super accurate and shift front to back smoothly.

Grew up with V1s but the feature list of the Escort is hard to beat. The range is almost too long, I now have them in both of our cars. You will not be disappointed.

Range is amazing ,GPS lockout is convenient, but it is expensive. I like the Redline more than my Valentine G2. I would definitely recomend. Only reason for giving four stars is because of the price.

Having tested other brands, including the V1, and Uniden R7 among those, I give the 360c Redline the tip of the hat. It has remarkable range, and overall I felt it gave me the best heads-up of anything else I have used. That being said, is it worth $799?Well, only a buyer can answer this question, as value is what you think it is worth. Of others tested the $499 R7 had great range, but is not stealth. I don’t like Valentine due to their customer service practices, and that killed them for me. S0, for me, the Escort Redline 360c is the best value for the comprehensive features, quality, range, and what I need it for. And never once while using it did I feel in the least concerned it would not pick up radar or laser, I confidently drove and allowed it to tell me what was going on around me.

You’re definitely living in the past if you own a different radar other than this one . It so advance you definitely don’t have too slam on the brakes do too get hit with a k or Ka band it picks them up so far away. There are also no false alert’s .

TLDR: I returned it and went with the Uniden R8. I would recommend the R8 over the 360c based on value (you can get the R8 on sale for $120-$150 less) and the sluggish performance. Testing: Ran the R8 for a week then ran the 360c afterwards. Both were configured the same way Vortex Radar recommended Performance: 3.5/5 Less K band false alerts than the R8 for sure out of the box. Being able to mute specific frequencies and notches is a very nice touch. The auto mute function unfortunately muted a K-band as CHP had radar gun out. I didn't even get the prompt for KA let alone radar. Huge disappointed for the price. Red light cameras trigger all the arrows to go off and not in the direction of where the red light camera is.. Design: 5/5 The build quality you would expect from something of this price range. Functional arrow, bright screen and lots of tactile bumps on the arrow to help you navigate if you're driving at night Features: 4/5 You'll definitely want to setup bluetooth and pair with the app to make changes easier. Unfortunately, they offer a subscription service to use their database. For the price range, it should be included given how slow updates roll out.

I have used the Escort 360 Max for several years and have been happy with it. The Redline 360c is a step up. It has better sensitivity and the ability to fine tune the unit. If the steep cost is not a barrier, you will be happy with this detector. I rated 4 for value due to the cost and although the unit has many configurations, it can be set to a beginner mode
