If you have problems installing this as I have you will be forced to slog through hours of FAQs and white papers to figure out the problem yourself. There is NO phone Tech Support. And once you use the license during the 'unsuccessful' installation your screwed and you own a non working software. $99 wasted.

Installed the Cyber Security Pro version of the software after my parent’s managed to install some ad-aware on their Mac. The Sophos antivirus that was on there prior to installing this was unable to remove the ad-aware from the Time Machine [external] backup drive, but it was able to remove it from the machine’s internal hard drive. After installing this and playing around with this, even the simplest of ad-aware/malware that both Sophos and Symantec will catch and remove, this completely did not detect. Had my parents clicked on the downloaded installer, their machine would have been re-infected again and overtaken by browser hijacks, etc. etc. For reference, the file it failed to detect and remove was a fake Adobe Flash installer which is one of the most common ploys out there to get people to install ad-aware/malware.
