Customers commend the MACH V1 Ultra's battery life, ease of use, self-cleaning capabilities, and powerful suction, highlighting its effectiveness in cleaning various floor types. However, some users mention challenges with the water tank capacity, the vacuum's weight, and inconsistencies with the steam mode functionality. The self-cleaning feature is a particular point of praise. Overall, the positive feedback on ease of use and cleaning power outweighs the concerns regarding the water tank and steam function.

This is one of my favorite steam/vacuum mops I’ve ever used. Overall, it cleans extremely well, keeps the rooms smelling nice, the steam really works, and the build quality feels excellent. The voice prompts are a bit cheesy, but everything is solid and I only encountered one issue with the mop since owning it.
Unboxing the device was straightforward, though the box is very heavy and large. You’ll have a lot of cardboard leftover after purchasing, so just know that going in.
There is a set up video to watch after opening everything to ensure you get a good grip on how every part works and how to install each one as well. It was easy to follow, but a little odd the ways the videos were presented.
That said, once you’re up and running the device is simple to use for across three different main functions: suction, steam, and mop.
Most people will probably use the mop and smart clean feature the most. These were the modes I used 90% of the time. Both work well and surprisingly don’t use a massive amount of water. At first I thought this was odd, but then I figured out that if the mop needs less water to work well then it doesn’t really affect me, and is overall better for the environment.
There is a trigger to put the mop into “Max” mode, which cleans faster and with a bit more water. I find myself using the Max mode the most, regardless of how dirty my floors are, but you don’t have to.
The steam function is a good addition, and is quick and straightforward to use. There’s even a light bar that shows you where the steam is at in the heat up process, so you aren’t just sitting waiting for that time.
When steaming there’s no excess heat flushing out of the brush head, which is helpful if you have curious kids that want to help clean; this means no potential burning hazards.
Speaking of helpful, the battery life on the Mach v1 Ultra is outstanding. I could get five full cleans out of my mop before hitting 20%, and that’s using Max mode for each cycle. This was about 6 minutes of cleaning time. Other mops I’ve used easily use half their battery for one pass of cleaning in the same areas, so this is a big win to me.
One of my favorite things about the eufy Mach v1 Ultra is the self cleaning cycle. This sounds dumb, but the reality is a lot of other mops I’ve tried out or seen do a pretty poor job when self cleaning. After they’re done, the device is still wet and takes a bit to dry out.
Well, eufy decided to change that. The self cleaning cycle prompts four different stages and shows you via the screen about where it’s at in the process. Upon completion, the mop self dries itself, which is amazing. This way you can let the device clean and dry itself, which isn’t something I thought I needed but is great.
The only real gripe I have with the eufy Mach Ultra is that the app doesn’t work very well, although it’s not necessary per se for day-to-day operation.
That all said, I’d highly recommend the eufy Mach v1 Ultra to most people. It cleans great across a variety of floors, the steam function works good, and the self cleaning cycle is great. The high price tag and app are the only real drawbacks, but if you can work past those and think of it as an investment then I’m sure you’ll find the Mach v1 Ultra a great addition to your cleaning supplies.

Pros: separate water compartment for dirty water, easy to assemble, sleek
Cons: it is faster, clear, more efficient to use a mop.
Since it didn't fully clean my kitchen (I cook daily), I would rather get a bot mop. With bot, I won't have to invest my time holding the machine.

I love Anker products. I own A LOT of them, which is why I was excited to try this. Unfortunately my expectations might have been a bit too high?
Sure, it mops, but I don't feel it does better than a swiffer. And at $750, I could buy a literal lifetime of swiffer pads.
Steam function is neat, however on "really dirty stuck on junk" the steam didn't seem to do much at all. I still found myself bending down and scratching stuff off the floor, or spending an abnormal amount of time going back and forth with steam on to try and loosen the item.
Eufy, you're SO CLOSE. Maybe I'll try the V2 or V3 when its relased :(.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience.
When it comes to cleaning stubborn stains, it is recommended to run the vacuum cleaner over stains slowly and let the steam nozzles shown in the image below spray the stains for up to 30 seconds in order to soften the stains. Please note that this method will produce a more effective cleaning result when it comes to removing stubborn stains.
If above tip don't help, please reach out to us via [email protected] or call us at +1 (800) 994-3056. We are more than happy to assist you further.
We offer a 24-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Excellent Multi-purpose Wet/Dry Stick vaccum

Before you buy - If your house has lots of hardwood than carpet this Eufy V1 Ultra vaccum cleaner is just for you. If you want to use the Steam mode on Carpets, it might work but as per Eufy Steam Mode is meant only for Hardwood floors.
My wife is very particular about the keeping the floors clean and especially with the kids it gets more challenging and a lot more messier. Even though we have multiple vaccum cleaners at home we wanted one vaccum cleaner that is all in one. To our surprise we found this vaccum that fits our needs like being able to vaccum, mop, sanitize and even dry the floors. Wow that sounds amazing.
Package content:
1. Cordless Floor cleaner
2. Charging dock
3. Cleaning tool
4. Cleaning solution and Citric acid (4 packets)
5. Additional High performance filter
6. Additional Multi surface rolling brush
7. Instruction manual
Pros:
1. Vaccuming, Moping, Sanitizing and drying the floors . You name it. It does it all.
2. Design - The design is so futuristic and modern. Anker has made sure that the premium price we pay for this vaccum cleaner is justified. Black and Silver vaccum gives a very stylish look. There is a small Cleaning Solution tank on the top, Clean water tank in the middle and Dirty water tank at the bottom. The Cleaning solution tank will hold 30 days worth of propritary cleaning solution which costs 30$ for every refill. Tesla valve gives peace of mind as it takes care of mixing the precise proportion everytime when using the vaccum without having to worry about the amount of liquid we have to add each time.
3. Poweful suction - Eufy V1 Ultra comes with 16800 Pa ultra powerful industry leading suction power to deep clean the floor.
4. Long lasting battery - The battery lasts upto 80 min while vaccuming and moping on Smart mode. Eufy has made sure the battery is long lasting so that we don't have to charge the battery everytime. This vaccum cleaner can easily clean a 1600 to 1800 sq. ft home in one go without having to recharge it. This is truly amazing. My other cordless vaccum even though it has the strong suction power the battery life was mediocre. But Anker has made sure that they have provided a very powerful battery to make the V1 Ultra truly ultra.
Note - Steam mode uses more battery power and we get only about 15 min of run time. Also it took less than 2 hours to charge the vaccum completely.
5. Jet blades for drying - The Jet blades provides a fast drying of the floors while they are moped by continuosly blowing the air from the bottom back of the vaccum onto the floor. This is a clever thinking which ensures we remain safe while moping the floor. This is really helpful especially when children are around. With the regular handheld mop we have to usually use a fan to dry the floor but this is no longer an issue now with Eufy V1 Ultra.
6. Self cleaning technology - This is one of the features many working people like. Selecting the Self cleaning mode thoroughly washes the roller brush with cleaning fluid while cleaning. Also the Hot air is circulated once the cleaning is done to make sure the cordless vaccum is ready for the next clean.
7. Modes - On top of the vaccum's handle there is a LCD screen with 2 buttons above it. One button is the Power button and the other button is used to select between modes. There are 3 modes - Vaccum, Smart and Steam mode.
Smart mode - This is the default mode which is used for both Vaccuming and moping the floors.
Vaccum mode - If we are just planning to do the vaccum then the Vaccum mode will be helpful
Steam mode - This is one of the best features of Mach V1 Ultra. When activated, the Mach V1 Ultra releases steam at 230 degrees F to help assist in dissolving the stains before it cleans the floor. After turning on the steam it takes about 25 seconds for the light bar on the base to turn red which indicates we are ready to use this mode. Pressing the trigger from the Vaccum's handle triggered the steam and it does an amazing job of even cleaning the toughest dirt and helps to sanitize the floor.
8. Quiet self cleaning mode - It takes about 40 min for the Self cleaning mode to complete which is surprisingly so quiet. We don't have to clean the mop head. All that we need to do is after we place the cordless vaccum on the charging base just press the button on the top of the vaccum to activate the self cleaning mode. This will clean and disinfect the vacuum tube as well as the rolling brush on the bottom, then dry the entire thing with hot air, so it won’t smell bad. Total peace of mind when we take back the vaccum the next time.
9. Eco-Clean Ozone Disinfection - During steam cleaning it sterilizes the vacuum and further sanitizes the floors. Mach V1 Ultra uses an internal generator to create ozonated water from the tap water to reduce germs by 99.9% by making it safer for kids and pets.
10. Quite operation - V1 Ultra uses a three-layered noise-canceling technology to keep it at 65 decibels which means that V1 Ultra has the same noise level like a dishwasher.
Cons:
1. Expensive - At 700$ not everyone will be able to afford it. Though it is a bit expensive it comes with so many features and unique design that makes us feel that this vaccum is really not that expensive.
2. Weight - The vaccum despite being cordless it weighs about 13 pounds which not many people will be comfortable with. After a week or two we don't feel that this vaccum is that heavier.

This was one of the few products that I had to read the manual and watch the instructional videos to figure out how to put it together and use it. That is to say, I wouldn't call it very intuitive. The vac has 3 compartments: dirty water at the bottom, clean water at the top, and the detergent in the handle at the back. Like most vacuums that accept a detergent, they insist you use their brand detergent only. Fortunately it comes with a modest sized bottle to use. I don't know that you'd cause any dramatic damage to the machine by using your preferred floor cleaner, but ecovacs doesn't make clear how much it dilutes the detergent.
On the handle, there are 3 buttons, and one switch. None of which have intuitive icons. The screen is nice and sharp, and is where you'll get the most help on using the vac. It has voice prompts that are supposed to tell you what mode you've set it to, or what the vacuum is doing or needs (e.g. full dirty water tank), but it's not very loud (hard to hear over the machine running), has a muddled sounding speaker, and the voice itself has a heavy Asian accent which makes it hard to understand, even if I could hear it clearly. Fortunately, the voice can be turned off, because it's borderline useless in its current form.
Back to the 3 buttons and one switch on the handle. One is the power button, which has the universal power icon on it. The other two, and the switch (with no icon) leave you guessing. But, the one next to the power is the mode switch button. It allows you to switch between steam clean, suction only clean, and smart clean. Holding it enters the config menu.
The switch enables the floor cleaning solution. Push it forward so the little red mark on the switch shows, and the Water drop with the + icon on the screen turns solid white to use the cleaning solution. Otherwise the cleaning solution won't be used.
The final button is a the top of the handle which will start self cleaning if the vacuum is off. Holding it for two seconds toggles the voice prompts. Pressing it 3 times turns the "jet blade" (floor dryer) on or off.
It takes a bit to remember how to use all these buttons. The ionizer can only be turned on/off from the menu or with the app. I just leave it on all the time.
The app is good for changing the settings of the vacuum, or starting a self-clean, or checking the status of the battery, but that's about all you can do with it.
Cleaning of hardwood floors is great, especially with the steam mode. I was able to get up stains and marks on my floor that have been there since I moved in. It does struggle a bit with large debris and dog hair, so a pass with a real vacuum or swiffer/broom is not a bad idea if you have something like that. It's also so-so on carpets. It's not going to pick a lot of solid dirt, but if you're trying to clean up a liquid spill or a stain or something, this probably would do a good job, as long as it's not a very thick carpet.
It's also not good at getting under furniture, since you can't tilt it back very far.
Overall, very happy to have this as a part of my cleaning arsenal.

Sometimes you just need more than one machine...

I was really hoping I was going to love this all-in-one vacuum, but either I'm not ready for it or it's not ready for me.
Overall, the machine is impressive and much better than I expected but I'm a bit picky about performance and the level of cleanliness.
Setup was super simple although it was a little intimidating. You just plug it in and let it charge. Fill the water. Fill the cleaning fluid and run through the brief instructions that tell you how to use the basic features.
The machine is incredibly heavy, but seems to pull itself forward which was a little unexpected but helpful. It's relatively easy to use once you are familiar with the different modes. I generally use the smart mode since we have laminate wood flooring. It did a decent job. I was surprised by how well it picked up things as I mopped. It didn't seem to cover the edges which was a little disappointing. For basic everyday cleaning, I think this works very well. If I was having company, I might rely on my usual tools instead.
I tried to use the vacuum but once you start using the mop, it's wet, so you can't just switch to vacuum so I either have to start off with vacuuming for the rugs or use a different vacuum in order to complete my vacuuming of rugs and a couple chairs where my cats tend to hang out.
Sometimes there are a few little puddles left behind which is a little annoying but it could be worse.
I'm only able to get through about 1200 sq ft at a time before it needs to be charged again. The water disappears relatively quickly as well, but if you have to wait for it to charge you might as well add water and run the cleaning feature to keep things clean.
The vacuum does successfully address dirtier floors too with just a little extra effort which is great. Ultimately, it did save some time and if I continue to work on my flow I'm sure I'll love it even more. It's not perfect, but it's pretty impressive.

No more bucket and brush.

So I'm old school on the kitchen floors and picked up the habit from my Mom, instead of a mop she's always used a bucket, rag, and brush. I continued the tradition. I tried using a mop, but it never did a job as good as me squatting and scrubbing.
I decided I should leave the 18th century and see what these new fangled eelektricul mops can do.
Filled the tank with water, filled the cleaning solution resevoir, let it charge overnight and powered it on. I was immediately greated with voice...kinda saying something, maybe in English, but just couldn't make it out. The accent was too heavy and the noise from the machine was just too much to make the voice of any use. Now my mom is Korean, so I've dealt with the accent my whole life - I can still have problems understand her at times, lol. Chinese accent is close to a Korean accent but there are distinct differences if you spend enough time with them. So I had to turn it off; too much jibber jabber.
I have neglected to clean the kitchen floor for over two months. Everytime I was gonna do it, I always had a good excuse. This time I had none. There were some spots in the floor design that caked up with grime. The rest was just dirty with a film of grease, dirt, and who knows what else.
Steam mode was a must.
Powered it up, let it warm up, and pulled the trigger. The hiss of steam came out and I moved slowly across the floor leaving wet clean streaks. This thing really works! Proceded to clean more and came across one of the caked on spots. I tried and tried, but it just couldn't get the grime out. I can kinda understand because those spots are actually in recesses instead of a flat surface. A few more back and forths and it reduced the grimy spots but never fully got rid of them.
The following week I tried again. It took off a little more but still not all. I'm goning to have to get in trenchs and cop a squat with my brush. Once I get the initial funk out I'm sure the Eufy can make sure it never gets like that again.
Battery life was just about what the manual said, about 15min with steam. That was enough time to do the kitchen. Great thing is the vacuuming, you don't have to wait for the floor to be dry to walk over it. It's good to go as soon as you're done. It's also pretty efficient with the cleaning solution. I'm barely 1/10th used after two cleanings and two self cleaning.
So far I'm happy with the Mach 1. I may have to run it over to my Mom's house and let her try it. I doubt she'll give in and throw out her rag and bucket, lol.

An awesome almost All-in-One

The Eufy - Mach V1 Ultra All - in - One is an interesting product. It's sexy as hell, it's modern, it's a great conversation piece. What it is not is a great vacuum, which is the one thing that holds back this otherwise great All-in-One device.
To start, the Mach V1 is super easy to put together. I don't think I used the instructions when assembling the device, however, after assembling I did check them to to verify everything was where it was supposed to be. All of the parts fit together in a way it's very clear where everything goes, and everything snaps in correctly. This is a beautiful device. That's normally not something I'd say for something I'd use for cleaning, but it must be said. Set up and on the charging station it felt like a perfect fit for someone going for a modern look.
After assembly, the app sort of walks you through everything necessary to get started. Easy, peasy. Getting started, I started with the "suction" mode (vacuum). It made sense to start with that as you'd normally vacuum before anything else, however, from a first impression, it was not good. The vacuum is super quiet, which, is great, however it's silent because it's not that strong. You can pull the trigger to enter "Max" suction, which, still isn't as powerful as your average vacuum. My son spilled some goldfish and the suction mode picked up about 60% of the goldfish. I used a standard vacuum to check if maybe it was just they were stuck in the carpet, and the standard vacuum picked them up with no problem.
Moving past the "suction" mode, the rest of the functions were great. Using it to mop my floors went great. Did a great job of cleaning without extra wetness, with the floor drying almost immediately. It did just as good of a job cleaning my carpet. I do question if I had super hard stains how effective the Eufy would be considering the issues it had with suction mode, but for standard cleaning and spot cleaning, it did a solid job.
While I've yet to use a cordless vacuum previously, I'll say the battery life on this device seems to be great. You're not gonna use it for months at a time without charging it as the charge station seems to be the ideal place to store the device,. I've never seen the battery under 85%.
Another thing I'd poke at, and, while I understand it done for the sake of size, the dirty water holder also serves as the trash holder for suction mode. The Mach V1 reminds you to clean the dirty water holder after every use to prevent smells, but holding both of these in the same space means you can't vacuum and steam clean immediately after.
The Mach V1 from Eufy is a great device for average cleaning. Had the vacuum been a bit stronger, I'd recommend this device as a. no brainer for everyone.

The mop from the future

The eufy - MACH V1 Ultra Upright Vacuum with All-in-One Cordless StickVac and Steam Mop arrives in a large box and looks intimidating at first, but it is well-packed and very easy to assemble. Even the styrofoam packing shows an imprint of the machine, making repacking, if necessary, about as easy as it gets. Once assembled, a quick read of the manual is important as not everything is intuitive at first sight. I tend to prefer learning by video and the eufy website offers several excellent short and easy-to-follow videos to get you up and running quickly. You will be an expert at mopping in no time.
The futuristic MACH V1 Ultra is truly an engineering marvel and well-designed from top to bottom. It even talks to you in a pleasant female voice to help confirm the various cleaning settings as well as announcing the self-cleaning mode progress. The mop can be put in silent mode if you prefer a mop that doesn’t talk to you, but where’s the fun in that! An LCD screen also provides all the settings options as needed in easy-to-understand graphics and text.
Basically, once you understand how to operate the mop, the actual process of cleaning your hard floors is as simple as removing the machine from its charging base, adding fresh water to the upper tank, and turning on the power button. The mop is completely battery-powered, so no annoying cords to get in the way. The mop defaults to Smart Mode and you are ready to clean. In most cases, a trigger switch in the handle switches on Max mode, providing extra power to clean areas with more difficult stains. For the really hard-to-clean areas, the MACH V1 Ultra features a steam mode. The mop head lets you know when the steam is ready to use with a red LED bar display on the mop head. More LED lights sit below the water tank so that you can see how much water is in the tank as you clean. Even more amazing, the mop generates its own ozone to help sterilize the floor as it cleans. I did run out of water on my first try at cleaning, and the machine shut down automatically and informed me to add more water. The dirty water tank sits at the bottom of the upright handle of the mop and is easy to remove and empty. It even has a plastic screen designed to accumulate things like pet hair, preventing it from clogging up your drains as you empty the dirty water from the container. You just have to marvel at how the engineers at eufy put a lot of thought into the design and functionality of the MACH V1 Ultra.
The mop can clean with just plain water, or it can automatically mix in eufy’s brand of included floor cleaning liquid, stored in another small tank located in the top portion of the handle. Other items included with the MACH V1 Ultra are an extra mop roller, a washable filter for the dirty water tank, a cleaning brush, and several packets of descaling liquid to clean the mop’s steamer as necessary.
It should be noted that the MACH V1 Ultra is really best suited for cleaning hard floors and not a substitute for a carpet vacuum cleaner. Both my wife and I have found the MACH V1 Ultra a joy to use and more importantly, it does a fantastic job of cleaning our tile and hardwood floors. No more cleaning floors on our hands and knees ever again!

Awesome vacuum/mop/steam cleaner combo

I have had the opportunity to use a few different combination vacuum and mops that seem to all be the same concept and are pretty high end tech. Most of the machines seem to be the same, have a voice command system when you switch modes and have the ability to vacuum while you mop. The same issue I have with the other machines, I have with this machine as well, basically they still have yet to nail down the concept of creating a dirty water tank I do not have to touch with my hands to clean out the dirt and grime. This machine is a pretty cool looking device, it is futuristic looking, sleek, cool looking design and has a water tank and dirty water receptacle as well as a tank to add solution. I was not a fan of the bottle of cleaner having to pour into this tiny opening on this very small detergent holder. What I really liked about this device different than any other is the steam mode which worked great and turned on immediately heating up the water and solutions to steam the floors and sanitize. The other modes worked good, floor seemed to get clean, I used this on sealed hard wood dark brown and it seemed to not only vacuum but also mop. I was not a fan of the very tiny screen at the top and hard to read directions on the screen and the accompanied app didnt seem helpful but it worked well. I did love the fact it self cleaned and also dried which was a miraculous invention I have never seen on any device like this. Highly recommended.

It does what it needs to do. Cleans itself. Steamer is hot but designed not to burn you, you wont feel it unless you lift the bottom and put your hands under it. Only bad thing is the clean and dirty tanks are small. I need to refill and drain the clean and dirty tank, respectively, at least 2x every time i use it. Battery holds charge quite nice. Nice dock to charge it. A bit pricey but worth it imho.

Steam reset button keeps popping super annoying. I have tried resetting multiple times and also descaled with no resolve. Would recommend in buying just a steam mop for half the price.
