Very good card for 1080p gaming. Most games are over 130fps on high settings. This is a Best Buy exclusive item. All specs match with EVGA GTX 970 SSC but model number is slightly different from non Best Buy model.

I purchased this card last year. Of course it's out dated now. But I can say it still keeps up with a lot of the demands for games out there now. The poster and custom painted back plate are a nice touch.

I went from an old ATI 6950 to this card. Night and day. Now I can play Fallout 4 on Ultimate ! Quiet too. The fans only turn on when needed. Also the Fallout graphic on the card are an added bonus ! Very happy !

Owned EVGA cards for years. The last card I owned was a gtx275 it lasted 6 years and is now used in a media PC. I purchased the FO4 card to upgrade for you guessed it, Fallout 4.

This graphics card works wonders. Not only does it pump out the good juicy graphics that Fallout 4 has to offer, but other games as well.

I’ve onyl had two video cards before, a GTX 750 and this 970. Granted, a lot of people would say the backplate is useless but as a big fan of fallout as well it’s a nice touch. Still on the market for a 1080ti but it’s lasted me 3 years and no problems at all. 10/10

This sped up my 4K video editing a lot, but I need more speed still. I'm looking into a quadro, but this is doing great for my 1080p editing with effects.

A Great Version of an Epic GPU

This is the SuperSC ACX 2.0+ version of the 970; out of the box, the base model 970 routinely benchmarks in the top ten of ALL cards on the market, and it's the only one to do it under $400 USD... If that sounds like a decent value, then take into consideration that *this* version is clocked ~12% faster than the base model.
That extra speed translates almost directly to performance - my own copy of this card scores ~11% better in benchmarks than the average 970, putting it within a fraction of a percentage point of a 980 - a card which costs upwards of $150 USD more. And I'm getting THOSE scores on an i5-4670k which is my daily driver - not even optimized for benching.
In terms of gaming... I play some oddball stuff, so the numbers I care about might not do it for others. I do know that it does SW: Battlefront buttery-smooth at 1920x1080 and all settings maxed.
As for those other games (none of which is Fallout 4!)
Wreckfest (Alpha): All settings max, 24-car speedway, 97fps min, 147fps max
Skyrim: All settings max/ultra, HD DLC: 60fps min, 60fps max (capped, no drops or lag)
Carmageddon Reincarnation (Alpha?): All settings max, 63fps min, 83fps max (game is a bit of a dog)
Borderlands 2: all options max, 74fps min, 171fps max
Unreal Tournament 2015 (Pre-Alpha): 60fps min, 60fps max
Unreal Tournament III: 494fps max
Simply put, this card is a beast, and if I eventually get around to buying Fallout 4... I'm sure it will handle it :)

I upgraded to this card from a GTX 760 that I put in my system when I built it January2015 I had originally planned on during an SLI which is why I went with a lower card initially to save some money but after reading reviews and doing some thinking I figured that jumping up to the 970 was the best option because the 760 still pretty spendy.... also I wanted 4 gigabytes in the card and SLI is not optimized for everything. ..got a good deal from bestbuy because they had it on the shelf too early and I wasn't allowed to buy it until the 8th.
I am definitely a fallout fan and pre-installed fallout 4 on Steam in anticipation of it coming out, i bought this card pretty much just for that game because I wanted to be able to run it on Ultra with zero stuttering, kind of found it by accident what I was looking for dust-off holding a reference 970 at the store, it just seemed so fitting considering I was buying the card for that game it would be a fallout branded video card.
I loaded up GTA 5 and ran everything on Ultra and it was just absolutely flawless so I'm pretty stoked and I think its a good investment
If you're a fallout fan and you're looking for an upgrade then I think that this is a definite go.. poster included is pretty cool, the build quality of the card looks great the backplate is awesome fallout pip boy. ...
Cons: I feel like they should have included the game at this price at this point in this card's lifespan

I've had the card since November 11, 2015 and it worked great up until today. There were no problems until my computer started artifacting and then 15 minutes later the screen was gone.
A $300 card that doesn't last a year. Worthless...
