The controller has hardware issues. When you plug the headphones adapter, it doesn't work correctly.

If you are buying this controller for non-multiplayer games, it is a good controller, all mods work as they are supposed to....however....controller does not function as a modded controller in multiplayer games....it looks great and have not had any issues with the basic functions of a standard controller

Not a bad controller, for a modded (turbo style) shooter.

This is one of the best mod I ever own cuz you get what you pay for not like other on online. It not detectable online why cuz it reads the trigger button like if you where tapping it multiple times.

Buttons were not working properly. It was sealed so I guess it was a manufacturer issue. Best Buy replaced it with no problem but I chose a different one.

After messing around with it last night it seems to work as advertised. I will admit the programming features arent exactly pick it up and run with it easy - but with a little bit of use and a dab of aptitude (Plus keeping a print out of the different programming features on the table in front of you) its fairly straight forward. I was having a great time in some co-op wave based fighting. Cant seem to find any info anywhere if I should do the Xbox controller update with this modded controller or if that will ruin it. (I keep getting reminded by the Xbox to update the controller) Besides that my main gripe is this. It arrived broken. The left side strap on the controller wasn't fully clipped in and there was chipping on the hydrodipping images PLUS there are 4-5 places on the controller that arent smoth it feels like therre is sand or grit in the coating. Its not the end of the world but the finish was chipped and its not actually smooth for $140 (after tax) I expect everything to be perfect. I've called the # the guy posted on the other reviews it always goes to a voice mail box. So I left my info hope they decide to service me before I just return it and move on.

This is my second controller. My first started to glitch, I would aim for no reason and then not be able to shot. I restarted the controller and still no good. I returned it good thing I had protection on it and they gave me a new one. I had that controller for about 4 months. My second controller just came and my complaint is that the instruction manual is of no help what so ever! The way to set the controller is very confusing! I wish they had videos on YouTube, how to set the controller and etc. I googled it and no help. I've seen other modded controllers that are much easier to set then this controller. I recommend not buying this because of all the confusion. The manual is of no help, you're basically on your own.

Ordered this controller with a buddy of mine and each of us had a problem with it. The controller itself is a nice looking controller but all of the mods did NOT work. For example the drop shot worked half the time and the rapid fire worked...when firing at targets in the firing range but would NOT fire at enemies when in private matches...the only mod that did work was the mod that held the characters breath when scoping in on an enemy...but that's not really a mod worth $130...Overall nice controller but the mods do NOT work outside of the firing range..so its a waste of $130 unless you would like to spend that much on a painted gloss controller...I USED THIS CONTROLLER FOR XBOX ONE CALL OF DUTY ADVANCED WARFARE.

Were to start first you dont get the sensitive triggers,auto scope is the same different button it still exhales & the paper work say's for the duration, auto run the same runs 50 feet and starts walking you have to hit the trigger again, auto load only works with the heaviest and least used weapons & most of them are automatic so rapid fire don't work with automatic weapons and last why would you want auto drop & shoot on all the time if your standing in a window you would end up shooting the wall under the window so the thumbstick is just fine for that. save your money for a controller that has more to offer for the money. Ahh yea i only count 8 mods unless you count the mod lock!

Ok so I thought I did my research on this thing. I looked at prices, features, how it works, how it use it. I spent a couple days searching online and I finally found one in a best buy. I drove 45 mins to pick it up and 45 mins back. Upon arrival I went to the pick up station and received great and friendly service. I get home and turn it on sync it up and turned on COD: AW. I get in a practice round and start messing around. I tweek a setting or 2 and about 15 mins later after thinking I figured this thing out the whole game and saved settings I put in no longer exist. I set the controller down because at this point I'm mad, I called customer service but no one answered because it's Saturday. Ok I get that but what I don't understand is paying $140.00 for a controller that has a fancy paint job and only a couple features that work halfway good as I thought they would. Heck even if there was a tutorial video on their site I could've used I'd still want to keep it but sorry evil controllers but I will be returning this to best buy. As far as recommendations to people..... If your patient and a huge gamer I'm sure you can get this to work. For me it's just not practical. Thanks for reading I hope this helps other people.

I have bought one in past. Worthless out of the box. Sent it in and it was repaired. Thought it was a fluke. Bought one for my Xbox one. Also garbage. Not one mod works. Spent five weeks trying to get ahold of someone. No one bothers with you. Worst customer service ever and terrible products. Highly recommend you get a different controller.

This is an excellent controller. This controller is lighter than Microsoft's controller and has a smooth finish on the shell leaving a sleek feeling when you grip it. The paint has held up well and all the mods work fine but you have to learn how to use them first. It includes fresh AA batteries already in the in the controller but they are encased in a plastic film to preserve battery life though shipping so you must remove the plastic for it to work.

Ordered this online because it seems that no Bestbuy in store carries it so I had to ordered. So I ordered it and waited 7 days to get to the Bestbuy store. Opened it and the "A" button does not work right off the bat. Plugged my headset and says the controller needs to updated,so I plugged the controller and updated it and now I can't even click on the update button because it keeps going to the exit button. What kind of garbage is this? Now Bestbuy says that I have to wait another 7 days to get a replacement. Will be getting an insurance for this an run it over with my car.

I bought this on a whim because it looked incredible, but once I took it home and spent a few sessions with it I realized how great the features are. Just crazy. I just picked up the new call of duty and use the run feature and Rapid Fire non-stop for Advance Warfare. Glad I picked this up.
