I love this so much!! I used to use a gray card but it was bulky and alward to carry around. This fits in my pocket and it super simple. One tip I learned is to get your exposure correct before you white balance and you will be good to go! I have recommended this to so many people!

I take almost all my pictures in RAW, so I can change my white balance in post processing. The preset settings in the camera and in Auto are generally acceptable if not good. However, in order to get spot-on flesh tones on people, the ExpoDisc is useful. Also in the rare cases when I need additional continuous speed and buffer while taking sports pictures I will use JPEG. JPEG's are harder to get the correct white balance. Since I have a Nikon, it is a little faster to do a 'pre' custom setting. I also occasionally have to clean my sensor. This makes it easy to take a blank picture and then crop it to find any minute pieces of dust or oil that may have settled on the sensor. It was worth getting this for the price I paid. Good value.

A best buy store clerk actually recommended this item as I was prepping my purchase to finance. I needed an extra item, and she highly recommended this cool disk. I wasn't sure how it worked, but as soon as I got the hang of it, it really does as advertised! Just shoot a pic with the disk on, go to custom white balance, and set it to the picture taken, and viola! Your white balance should be perfect. Its ridiculously fast and easy to use. On set I used it for a short film with some friends and the editor was so happy that everything was so well color calibrated. Keep in mind, I've never used a balance card before, I always improvise with shirts, walls or anything gray to balance. But I instantly fell in love with this. Comes with some extra films to add or remove exposure.

this works exactly as stated in the You tube videos - one of the best investments I have made. I only read directions a couple mins and started using right away. need to get used to switching my auto focus back on but otherwise...I do not think I will ever be without it !!

I shoot a lot of high school sports in gyms. They all seem to have either yellowish or bluish lights. With the disk, I may a grey card and set the custom white balance in my Canon. Now I get great color every time!

Wesley helped me select this as well as most of my camera items. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm confident this is the best filter available and worth the money even tho it is a bit pricey.

Even with high tech camera white balance controls, the exposure disk will insure proper color balances.

I love the expo disk! This was my second purchase. I need 1 in each camera bag because I often forget it.. This is a easy tool that will help with quick white balancing. I highly recommend it!!

This is an excellent tool for photographers. It lets you take pictures in any setting with accurate color correction. Saves many hours in Post Production.

The price is very reasonable compared to what this will do for your photography. It is extremely easy to use. You will go into your menu ( I shoot Nikon). Change your white balance to pre. Then change your lens from Auto Focus to manual focus. Hold the Expodisk on the outside of your lens and shoot a photo of the item or person you are photographing. Delete photo. Then take off Expodisk from the front of your lens. Switch lens back to auto focus and take photo. The white balance will be perfect. You can not go wrong with this purchase.

Once I learned how to use this thing I fell in love. You can see a major difference between auto mode and manually setting light balance. The colors in my photos look so much richer/clearer! So portable, it comes with a small pouch and a handy lanyard so you don't lose it.

I learned about the Expo Disc at a Best Buy camera workshop ( which was terrific and free). It is an easy way to correct for white balance. I researched it and found that a Best Buy near me had it in stock.

This filter makes taking great pictures easy. It was very easy to figure out and start using. I will definitely use this filter for most of my picture taking

Easy to get the perfect white balance. You need to read your histogram have it at center point.

I use this Expo disc when shooting indoors with a variety of color temperatures. Works very well.
