They came out to service my TV though I do not live in Jackson. There was no charge and when it could not be repaired, they brought and set up my new one free of Charge

I'm happy Best Buy could deliver to us for a reasonable price. This influenced my decision to buy this dishwasher from Best Buy and not another store.

Very quick, easy, and helpful with delivery. They called on arrival and were accommodating to our parking preference.

We were originally going to pick up at the store when the order came in but decided to have it delivered and mounted by Geek Squad. That started an absolute nightmare. Was not able to reach the store by phone and had to set up through what sounded like a remote service. Over several days we were sent emails changing the delivery date no less than 4 times and then told it wasn't even in stock when we knew it had arrived at store. Bad experience. Matt from Geek Squad was finally the saving grace. Thank you Matt in Morehead City store.

They will deliver anywhere but will charge a delivery fee even with total tech membership which I thought was ridiculous

They made it easy! Showed up on time. Installed it to a T right where we wanted it. They were in and out in 30 minutes!

The extended delivery area saved us a lot of trouble in taking our TV home!

This became a problem when the mount that was supposed to fit my TCK 65 inch Series 8 did not, in fact, fit. The installer from Best Buy was forced to reschedule and then find 4 extra long screws that would fit. He did and the follow through was excellent. It was not his problem that the mount sold to me was incorrect. And yet, he did make it work.

Delivery and customer service with Best buy is fantastic. They took care of everything! The delivery driver, Andrew, out of the North Little Rock AR store, is the nicest person and so helpful.

The store did not advise a contract installation company would handle the install. The salesperson scheduled our install, with first avail date, more than a week out. We received emails from Best Buy leading up to that install date, verifying it was still on as originally scheduled. Day of install, no verifying text as to an approximate arrival time. Contacted Best Buy and were transferred to the Contractor. They told us, they don’t install in our area on Tuesdays. The store made this appointment. Company refused to accommodate in any fashion and we were hung up on. Numerous calls to the Best Buy 800 number subjected us to offshore tele-reps, who were of little assistance. We finally got transferred, for the 6th time, to a Michael, claiming to be out of the Duluth MN area and a sales manager. He apologized for our experienced, stated the contractors have been a nightmare and promised us a $200 credit. No $200 credit has ever been given and now since speaking with a number of Best Buy employees here in Minnesota, none of them know of a “Michael” in that capacity. Because we could not receive ANY satisfaction, we drove the half hour to our store, because you can’t call any store directly or be transferred to it. Expecting to deal with the Store Manager, upon arrival, we ran into the store’s only Best Buy employee who does installations. He apologized for our experience and was able to handle our install within 2 days. He arrived as promised, professionally and personably handled our install. over the years, this was the service we had always come to enjoy and expect from Best Buy!!! Come on Best Buy, we deserve the quality service you use to provide in all aspects! Trying to save money by contracting this service out and not doing a better job at vetting the Contractor, way below the quality Best Buy has/had always been!!!

The Geek Squad were WONDERFUL!! I was so pleased with the job they did, they took away the TV I was returning and installed the replacement with expert efficiency. They were both friendly and professional. I'm pretty far away from the store but they were here right on time, They even took away the packaging etc.

We don't like having to pay extra for delivery. We only live 25 miles from Casper. Big cities do further deliveries than that.

After the money you spend don’t think they should charge for outside Tulsa 40 min. But I got it.

Delivery of a 55" TV out of area for $20 - Cant beat that! The guy delivered when promised, undamaged.
