An absolute classic and must own for any physical media collector. Once this came out I HAD to get rid of my blu ray steelbook and upgrade. I wish they would’ve chosen different art though

Ferris Bueller, you're my hero! This is a prefect walk down memory lane for me, and a nice intro into 80's latchkey kids' shenanigans and the ultimate gamer of the "system" with our man, Ferris. My 10 yr old cackled like we all did in 1986 when he saw the Wrigley Field marquee declaring, "Save Ferris!" as they took in an afternoon tilt at the ballpark! The picture quality is pretty incredible. Very little pixelation, very good contrast, and the times where the surround sound was utilized, the theater setup roared into life like when the parking attendants took the Ferrari for a "spin", or the brief interaction with Mr. Rooney and Janie, to the parade in downtown ChiTown where the city hysterically bursts into life crowning our Ferris into king status! Save Ferris, and add this to your collection!!

This film came out when I was a senior in high school and it sort of epitomized the experience of senioritis in a suburban setting. I've seen it mostly on VHS on a small NTSC TV and then forgotten about it for nearly 40 years. So rediscovering it with my kid, who just started middle school, on a 77" 4K OLED with this release was a revelation. The dynamics, detail and colors added new presence and vibrancy. And the steelbook is a great keepsake to enjoy. Highest recommendations.

I’ve seen this movie many times with my twin sister. It’s like old school charm. Many great stars in the movie. Now I own it myself. This movie makes you laugh. I highly recommend it. I love it.

Classic movie finally on 4k which i finally own, movie looks amazing great picture and in Dolby Atmos, never bought on VHS, DVD or Blu Ray

Wasnt born in the 80s but i know how to appreciate movies and this movie is must and a classic. Amazing picture quality. Everything about it is clean. Only wish the steelbook picture was a bit cleaner like the 4k disc but overall worth the money

It’s such a cool steel book. I think the style perfectly matches the posters and overall aesthetic really well. I’m just really happy to own this awesome movie now that it’s the best it’s ever looked in crisp 4k!

I'm so glad that Paramount home video put John Hughes's audio commentary back on the disc. The video and audio quality on this disc is superior to any format!

It's a classic, had to pick it up. Steelbook design is kinda plain but it's one of my favorite 80s movies. 4k remaster looks great

The 4k transfer of this classic is quite an upgrade in detail over standard Blu-ray. The colors are noticably more vibrant.

A classic for the ages. Great performances in a fun, witty script. If only our teenage years could have been this much fun.
