This is not a box for "serious" bass heads. If you want more SPL from your woofers then you will want to build a spec. box for your subwoofers. As for this kit, as a few others reviewed the box was damaged a little on one edge of the carpet, no big deal. The box went together pretty easy, the glue they send is okay, but i decided to use my box glue, all the other hardware worked great. I have 2 Power Acoustik Gothic 10" subwoofers in here getting about 600 watts each. Because the box is under sized for my offers (they needed 1.5 cubes each) i decided to under power the subs just a little. Subs are rated for 1000 watts RMS. The box is tuned to about 41Hz which gives a good "kick" or other sound, if you are a person that wants the lows and a box that will hit the lows this is not for you. If you listen to rock or edm stuff you should be pretty happy with this box for your set up. The box is very punchy. So far after about a month of use the box has been a great deal. I picked it up for $19 shipped. You can't buy wood that cheap here where i live.

This box by far is just as good as most expensive boxes. Its was a breeze to put together. The hardware was easy to install and has a nice tight fit. i am very satisfied. The only draw back that I can see is the srews that would otherwise be under the carpet. other than that it is a solid box!

Sounds way better then the sealed box I had. Way louder, I had to turn the gain down on my amp. A great buy for what I paid. Exceeded my expectations.

I have used this box before. Its great to quickly throw 2 10"s in your car without spending alot or building a custom box. Assembly is pretty easy if your handy with tools. Over all sound quaity is pretty good but mostly depends on your choice of subs.

This is the same material and quality of the boxes you get in a stereo shop. These just cost less to ship and require a little bit of handyman skills. Great item at an excellent price.

At this price, I would call this a pretty good deal. The carpet covering the enclosure was not glued on great, but when assembled, the enclosure was pretty solid. would buy again if I happened to need another subwoofer enclosure!

So far soo good. Over all general easy installation. Did find about 75% of the stickers pilot holes were fairly off. No big deal as I eventually found them. Needed a small ported box and this fit the bill. Wouldn't go as far to say its the best box I've owned but for the. $20 I paid I'd definitely buy this over and over. Great product ! Very satisfied.

Really an ok box for tens and easy to assemble with everything you need in the box

Well I haven't taken it out of the car, so I'd say it's doing pretty good. Once you tune the EQ on the head unit you can get really good sound quality. I will absolutely purchase another one if and when I need It.

Took less than 30 minutes put together, should work good.

This box is the best i have ever had and im 39 yrs old. I have been in to sound systems for about 23yrs. The box made my little 10s souond like 12s.

This is a great box the has all the hardware included for the cost. I have purchased two and you can't beat the quality.

I think its set to a great value price, for pockets, might buy again.

For $29.99 and free shipping this was a bargain. Easy to glue together and install. Sounds awesome.

When removed from the box the pre cuts where falling apart , brittle one could say. So I had to do a lot of clean up of pre cuts adding to the time of assembly

Arlight, so I was very skeptical with buying a box that didn't have a single review. But I jumped on it, becuase I like to be hands on a build things, and granted the box was a little cheaper then an already built enclosure so it helped my wallet as well. It doesn't take to terribly long to build the box I think I had it together in around 20 min. It comes with everything needed to put the box together screws, and some glue to seal everything etc, and the holes on it are already pre-drilled so a phillips screwdriver would suffice. After I got the box built I hooked up 2 kicker comps in this box. It is a world of difference coming from a sealed box. The bass is much deeper then that of a sealed box. I went from being able to just shake the outside mirrors of the car to shaking everything inside and out of the car...within the first 10 min I had to make a run to the hardware store to fix my rearview mirror, and I am not even pushing their full power to them, I am using a cheap wal-mart dual 400 watt amp.....This box is well worth the money you pay for it, when it is all put together it looks just as good as if you were to buy a box that is already built. If you listen to rap, r&b, hip hop, this box would be a great addition to any vehicle. The absolute and only downside I saw a little fray in the carpet after putting it together,other then that there isn't a better deal on a box. and to answer a lot of peoples questions, the internal volume of this sub box per chamber is 1.25 feet, since it doesnt say on BB website, but power can come simply from a box!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall I am very satisfied with this box. I was skeptical at first when I bought it. Having to put it together yourself and all, thought it would be difficult. Right out of box it takes maybe 15 min. TOPS to complete the build. I have Audiobahn 10's at about 600w apiece and this sucker hits HARD! Only problem I had was the speakers were a really really snug fit due to the voice coil hook-ups. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great box at a very good value. Don't worry about the set-up of the box super simple!

This was the first sub box I ever bought and I'm very happy with it. It's very easy to put together, and its very sturdy. The holes are marked with little white stickers, but some of them fell off during packaging. This made it a little difficult to find the holes because the only thing you can do is feel around for them. One thing I would be careful about is making sure the pieces are set all the way down into the grooves on both top and bottom before screwing it together. One of my boards came out of place and I didn't notice it until after I already had the screws in. I just pulled it into place and tightened the screws up and it's perfectly fine, but I'd still just double check it before you screw it in together. But all in all, GREAT product, especially for the low price!

It sounds 10 times better than my sealed box my subs use to be in. It is easy to assemble but I put it together before putting the glue on so it would go together perfectly when the glue is applied. You have to put screws on the top but that is not noticible with it in the trunk. Love the box.

I bought this to replace two sealed boxes and there was a huge difference! It hit the same highs and made the lows shake twice as much as the sealed boxes. The only downfall is the instructions are vague but once started are very easy. You have to adjust your amp a little bit, but nothing too complicated. I just wish it didn't take up so much room.
