Customers regard the Chatter Telephone with Bluetooth as a nostalgic and cute device that combines the charm of a rotary dial with modern Bluetooth connectivity. While many appreciate its retro design, some find the cord to be too short for their liking.

I was so excited to receive this real life Chatter phone. I bought it for myself but my daughter basically coopted it. She loves that I (we) have a functioning rotary phone and I love how cute it is.

Brings back memories!!
Great addition to office desk. Works well as phone and also functions as a speaker for music. Purchased a 3.5mm 4 pole audio cable to make phone cord longer.

Love the concept. Poor execution. Inaudible speaker. Confusing Bluetooth connectivity (not specifically Chatter’s fault, but makes it difficult to use.)

I love my chatter phone. My sister bought it for me for Christmas and it’s awsome. I have a notebook that i will have to write down phone numbers. Sure you can use your cell phone to dial a number, but where is the fun in that? The rotary function is nice and it helps that it repeats each number you dial. Mine does get a little stuck turning back around before i can dial another number, i just help it along a little, but I’m hoping it will loosen up over time. The phone calls are clear and it helps actually having a handset so you don’t have much background noise on either end of the call. It’s like using a corded phone all over again, just without the wall it was attached to. Just be aware, if the phone sounds too low, you will just have to higher the volume on your cell phone to correct the issue. All in all it’s great and a functional fun piece of nostalgia.

Bluetooth Classic Security Issue

Does it still ship with Bluetooth classic with no secure pairing process?
Can bug a neighbors house with it since it always looking for phone to connect too. Kind of like a reverse butt dial. Any attacker can make it ring so a unsupervised child is likely to answer. Should have Fisher Price/ Mattel explain or implement a fix.
Even it for adults is likely to be passed down to a child eventually from wear and little use.
It is for "nostalgia" , right?
