Great first little game for your little one my son loves it. He loves learning and writing is one of the first steps.

My nephew loves his new Fisher Price Think & Learn Alpha SlideWriter. It's easy to use. Only one problem, the magnet on the pen was missing. Found a suitable replacement from a friend. Otherwise, good product

Bought this as a gift for my 3 year old grand daughter. She will have so much fun while learning. Her two year old cousin wanted it out of the box/packaging so he could play with it as soon as it was unwrapped. He had fun moving the letters around. I will be buying another one soon! It’s not heavy or a awkward size for little kids to be able to pick it up and carry it around. Its also the right size to take in the car. We live that all the pieces are attached to it! My 5 year old enjoys it and it’s great practice for writing letters and sight words. The guide lines really help her understand letter size and placement. Invaluable tool to help her through kindergarten. Only flaw I would say is that re-arranging the letters to form words can be a little cumbersome and normally requires adult assistance, needless to say we use that feature less often than I anticipated.

The only bad thing is you only have the option to add one duplicate letter beyond the 26 standard. So you get some extra letters to stick on blank slots however, if you have any words that use more than two identical letters you can't do anything.... Like Daddy, or Mommy, etc..... Anyway, great for 3 letter words, and most 4 letter words but when expanding simple 3 letter words to 5 letter words it falls short - easy fix if they provide more than one set of stick on labels and more than 2 black tiles.

Has helped my son learn how to spell his name and other words. The letters can be tough to move, but I'd still recommend this.

Easy to use to learn letters and writing, size is perfect.

Awesome to teach preschooler to spell and write words.
