Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the Ace 2 Activity Tracker for its step counter, ease of use, durability, battery life, and sleep tracking features. They find it motivating for kids to be active and appreciate the variety of colors it comes in. Some customers, however, mention concerns about the price, tightness of the band, connectivity issues, the app, and the lack of a heart rate monitor.

I have my twin girls using these so I can check their activity and their quality of sleep. I was given one for my birthday myself and I like being able to see my heart rate. Unfortunately that is the only reason why I didn’t give this 5 stars because it doesn’t allow you to see their heart rate. Everything else is pretty basic but I like to set set timers on their watches if they have timeout, waiting for something, or other things. My girls are almost 4 and even though it’s for older ages I figured they’d grow into them and they are able to still wear them since they adjust to smaller wrists.

I love that it tracks your sleep. I also love that it has a stopwatch, alarm and timer. I like that you can change the screen and I hope they make new ones for it.

I think it's great for kids if you're trying to get them more active. My kids really enjoy their new Fitbit Ace watch. Unfortunately, only a month in (Xmas gift) and the band has already ripped/broken off. :( Not sure what BBY warranty policy is but will try to get it exchanged. Wish me luck since it's past its return date.

Birthday gift for 9 year old daughter. She loves it. Only downside is the band. Did not last very long before tearing. Daughter indicates screen freezes. Band material not the best. Fit bit itself great for child.

Bought this watch for my daughter who was obsessed with the data I get from the Steps App. She is killing it, averaging over 11k steps per day. She's also waking up wanting to check her sleep data. My daughter has a rare genetic disorder that affects her growth. I appreciate the many options for fit. It fits her well because there are almost 15 holes, but she'll also be able to grow with the watch as well. Programming was also relatively easy.

My 6 year old son loves it . He uses it along to see how long he slept and how many steps he has done in a day. This watch his helping me tell time and understand it better. Th one feature he does not like us his bed time alarm .he is so quick to turn it off in hopes that we don't notice it..he takes baths with it and battery last pretty long.

Purchased for my 8yo. Love the colors. I have owned several Fitbits over the years. I also purchased 2 Senses. The Ace was the hardest. During setup, the setup froze. Not sure if it was my daughter's impatience or what. There is no hard reboot (the original fitbit had a hole...) so I had to let the battery die. Recommendation... 1) if for a child... charge it FIRST, fully before attempting setup 2) then run the setup. Had I known this, I would have opened thed box and done this prior to gifting it to her at Christmas. It was 2 days before she could wear it. This is why I couldn't give 5 stars. My daughter loves it. She loves that she has a fitbit just like her mom and dad.

For a child tracker i love it for my daughter. Your able to track steps sleep and swim proof. She uses it for PE at school and help give insentive to to move around more. Also i love that i can link it to my app and monitor her sleep activity and lasts for like 3 to 5 days really happy with the purchase. Definately worth the 50 bucks. It says 6 and up but I think 8 and up would be a more appropriate age. My daughter 12 and I wouldnt give it to my 6 year old she would lose it.

This Fitbit seems to be of good quality. I have read many mixed reviews online. It did need to do a firmware update immediately before it could be used, which might account for some other reviewers saying theirs seemed to be defective upon first attempt to use. It's a cute watch, and my 8-year-old is happy with it. I am happy that it motivates her to be less of a couch potato. I've connected her to my Fitbit app on my phone so that I can see her stats. It would be nice if it could link to more than one device, but since it can't, we are just viewing data through my phone app.

I bought this for my kid and it has been one of the best purchased i have made for them. They compete with each other and they stay active at school. It is waterproof and keeps battery life for about 4 days. It tracks their sleep and has just enough bells and whistles to keep them engaged but not to play with during class. I would recommend this if it will inspire your kid to stay active and off of screentime.

Bought it for my 8 year old. She likes it. It's pretty basic and simple for a child. I think the step counter is off though. It could be just the one we have, but every morning it shows anywhere from 20 to 70 steps and she hasn't even gotten out of bed yet. The only other thing is that the app is essential which is inconvenient since she doesn't own a phone and her Kindle doesn't seem to be compatible with the app. So I know we don't get full use of it. Other than that, she likes having the watch and tracking her steps every day. She's happy. I'm happy.

My son loves his watch, and we are a Fitbit family no doubt. The band that comes with this is so annoying, it will not stay in place. Our original Ace did fine. It is hard to find replacement bands for this one, since it is still kind of new. You can use the Inspire bands, but that does not help with the search. I love that its waterproof and keeps track of everything for us!

My child has really enjoyed this Fitbit activity tracker. It is easy for them to use and holds a charge for a few days which is great because they have a hard time remembering to charge it. I like that it helps to keep them active because they like to see how many steps they can get in for a day.

I bought my son the ace 2 activity tracker and he actually likes it. He uses it to tell time and I use it see to see if he is moving around during his recess and lunch time. I also like keeping track of his sleep habits. It very easy and simple to use. I have an alta hr and I love the things I can track, the ace 2 has less things to track but it's perfect for kids. My only complaint is that I wish I was able to set more than 8 alarms per day. About 20 alarms per day would be perfect, my son needs constant reminders throughout the day. Honestly I recommend it.

Purchased this as a gift for my nephew and we both love it! He has no complaints regarding comfort or any type of allergic reactions from the band (as many stated in their reviews). On the contrary, he loves the ease of use and how it keeps him accountable when it comes to reaching steps. Easy for parents to track progress and to take part in challenges as a family. Would def recommend and will be purchasing another one soon for my little guy to be encouraged to step up his physical activity!

I bought this for my 6 year old. I have a Versa 3 and she really wanted one. Initially, she had a charge 3 and within months, it broke. She's had this for about a month now and loves it! The battery holds a good charge, it's easy to navigate, and it's held up through t-ball and school days on the playground. Super happy with the product! As for best buy, I got free next day delivery. In less than 24 hours, it was delivered to my front door. 5 stars across the board for Best Buy and the Fitbit!

Bought for grandson, fits great, very durable. Fitbit allows the Ace2 to be added to the adults Fitbit account, so the child doesn't have to have their own device for the app. Has been worn in the bathtub and no problems with the water resistant feature. I have the inspire it appears to be pretty much the same device in a durable kids band.
