This has been great for me to keep track of my steps, heart rate, sleeping pattern and also be able to check the time and date instead of always using my phone. The battery lasts about 5-6 days with constant use and I’ve had it for almost a year now. Band is sturdy and I haven’t had a problem with it cracking or tearing or breaking like I did with my old Fitbit. I love that I can see my messages(condensed) and who it’s from and also alerted to calls on my phone and who the caller is too. Well worth the money.

This is my 3rd activity tracker. The other two were a different brand and had bands that broke within a few months and no way to replace them. My husband had the same brand and 2 of his broke too, so we decided to look at the Fitbit. The price was higher than our previous trackers, but "you get what you pay for" and this tracker should more than pay for itself if I were to continue to have to buy new trackers in the other brand because of broken bands. But there's more: First of all, I like being able to use it as a watch as well as a tracker and being able to see my progress on the screen without having to open the app. Also, I like that I can customize what shows on my activity tracker's screen as well as customize the order of the items that I include. Also, since the band is replaceable, I can buy a new one if this one wears out. Name brand bands are available or you can find compatible bands in different styles and colors if you look on the Internet. The tracker is nice looking too. It looks more like a watch than my previous trackers and it is thinner (in height) on my wrist. Some of the other features that I like are the heart rate monitor which lets you know if you are reaching your desired heart rate while exercising. Also, I like that the tracker knows when I've climbed a set of stairs. I tested this feature and it was very accurate. I also like the reminders that softly vibrate on your wrist. They have gotten me up and walking on several occasions. They can be customized (or turned off). You can set the beginning and end time (5 to 14 consecutive hours.) It is only set to remind you to walk 250 steps every hour during the time range that you set, but once I get a reminder, I walk more than 250 steps. The only con would be having to recharge it more often than the other brand, but Fitbit has come up with a tip for that. Whenever you take a bath or shower, plug it in to charge it up a little. Even if you're only in the shower a few minutes, it will decrease how often you need to charge your Fitbit completely. Great idea! Since one complete charge lasts for 5 days and takes 1 to 2 hours to completely charge a drained Fitbit, this means you would need to charge it for 12 to 24 minutes every day . However, they don't recommend letting your Fitbit drain completely, so I charge mine during my shower and whenever it gets down to about 20 to 25 percent.

I purchased the Fitbit Charge 2 recently because I needed to walk more and the write up explained how it gave you tips and motivation. It really does. It can tell you when you need more steps to reach a 250/hour goal and congratulates when you do it. I also like the sleep log and the graph that show how well you slept. It also gives you tips on how to get better sleep. It syncs with Weight Watcher app so I get a benefit from that. I have never been a person to just walk for no reason. This makes it interesting. I encourage all couch potatoes (of which I used to be one!) to get this gadget. It also helps you to relax and gives heart rate and even an alarm!

I got the original Charge HR as a birthday gift and I was so upset when it finally broke. I decided to buy the upgrade and it works just as well as the original but almost better. The design is much sleeker, the charger is SOO much better, and I love that now it has GPS capability when going for a run or walk/bike ride outside. Best part is that it stays charged up for 5 days! I really does, I was skeptical when I first read that but after I wore it for 5 straight days and the battery did not die until that 5th day. Heart rate function is spot on (I'm a Registered Nurse, so I can attest to this being actually accurate). Best part of this new Fitbit is that you can change the band!!!!! YAY! You're reading the reviews to convince yourself its worth it, so just buy it, you won't regret it :)

Firstly I chose the small wrist band as a medium sized man and I'm very pleased that I did because it fits perfectly and is very comfortable which was something I was concerned about. The battery lasts easily 4+ days however since it is not waterproof I usually plug it in to charge when I have a shower and as a result it never runs out. I don't know the specifics about how accurate it is however I'm constantly getting my 10,000 steps and I'm really enjoying seeing my sleeping patterns and routine. I also wore this at a festival (LIB) recently and was very pleased that it caught all of my steps and sleep. I averaged around 20,000+ steps per day and actually slept very little but exactly the same amount each night (within 2 minutes!). Seeing the different type of sleep analysis is also very interesting. I've used the steps and sleep function as well as the food, run, water and relaxation function (which is a really nice option). One improvement I would like is to have more buttons however I understand the choice not to. On the whole I'm extremely pleased about my Fitbit and within two weeks of buying one I bought another one for my wife.

This Fitbit is perfect for everything you need. The biggest things I like are the sleep tracker, steps, heart rate and buzzing to keep you moving every hour. This is the perfect size Fitbit and model for you to start with. You. Can also buy interchangeable bands to make it look very stylish. Only downside is that it is not water proof.

I like very much this watch, I have been up grading a few times, this particularly is for my daughter. My husband and grown up kids including myself have this watch, We have learn to appreciate our Fitbit and our lives by checking on our sleeping patterns, our heart rate, calories, steps meals, water intake etc. . The only flaw is the watch bands, once in a while they brake or gets bubbles in between the band but, if you buy the two year warranty, Best buy will replace it for a new one.

This fitbit is very good. It monitors heart rate, mileage, steps, calories burned, exercise mode, stopwatch, and reminders to relax. It's a great product and the silent alarm feature is so helpful. I use it to remind myself of appointments. When the silent alarm is set, it will vibrate on my wrist. I like the fact that it tracks sleep as well. The battery life is good and it's nice because it displays the actual percentage on the device so I know when I need to charge it.

I love this watch. I mainly use it to see how many steps I have walked because I am on my feet at work at least 12 hours a day. I also use it a lot to track the amount of sleep I get and to set a goal to increase my sleep on a daily basis. It also tracks your heart rate, you can use it as a stopwatch and many other functions. A great watch to have and can be useful to many people for many different activities.

This is to replace the HR charge that I had. The new features on the charge 2 are much better and improved. The screen is easier to read with more information. notifications come through easier and more efficient. The sleep tracking is probably one of my favorite features. The only negative comment I have to make about the devices that is not completely waterproof.

I had a clip on Fitbit, but hated that I always seemed to be misplacing it. I thought I had lost it more than a few times, and while I always found it back home, I was disappointed that I wasn't wearing it to monitor my steps. So, first off, this one is perfectly sized and on my wrist. I only have to take it off to shower and, unlike my other one, I've never left the house without it. I also love the functions: monitoring sleep, steps, flights, exercise, heart rate miles and calories. These are all the main functions it also has things like relaxing and reminders to get moving. It's a nice watch too with modifiable faces. It's very simple to use and read - and the Fitbit application is one I'm used to, and like very much. If you want something that's simple but gives you lots of info, is stylish and easy to read, I'd recommend this.

I bought the Charge 2 back in February and have become obsessed!!! Its gotten me more motivated then I was before. I love how it tracks your sleep, steps, calories, activity, water intake and weight. I love how it tracks your miles and even talks to you when you use the stopwatch to check your performance. I never take this band off!! (Except obviously to shower haha) My one complaint is the BAND! Im so glad I bought the warranty because Ive had to take it back twice because the band keeps breaking. Im very active (5-6 times a week) I hike and do weights and aerobics and I am careful with my Fitbit but yet the band still breaks. It says its sweat proof and waterproof but not swim proof so Im not sure why my band keeps breaking. Be careful with the warranty because I got an even exchange the first time, but Best Buy made me pay $10 the next time!!!!! Whats the point of warranty if I still have to pay for exchanges. I'm very disappointed with that. I'm going to reach out to Fitbit about the band and also call Best Buy customer service about getting my money refunded. I would give this product a 5 star if the band was stronger.

I have had this Tracker of 1 1/2 years & it's still working great. Features I love on this tracker are: Heartbeat, alarm, steps, text & phone notification & ease of use. I've had a few issues getting it to sync with my phone when I'm not in cell service but that's not a big issue for most people I'm sure.I have replaced the band with a magnetic one which I like much better than the original one. I have never had any charging issues & only has to be charged about once a week. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that doesn't need the option of answering, talking or texting from their tracker. I'm impressed after 1 1/2 years it's still one of the best.

I have been using this product (upgrade from the Fitbit One) for one month. Minor "complaints" so far, are the band fit (one notch is often too tight, the one to the other side of it is too loose), often not reacting to the finger tap to activate the screen, and sometimes losing the heart rate both during exercise and while resting. These are very, very minor complaints, and may just take some time to learn how to manage the device better. The battery life is dependent on the extra features that you use. Whether your have the heart rate auto, off or always on; notifications; Quick View, etc. I can usually go 3-4 days at a time before needing a charge. If the battery gets too low, it will not track manual exercise. And of course will shut off when completely drained. I like the reminders to move. I try to take advantage of as many of those reminders as I can. I love that you can set the time frame on that feature. The customization options are very nice. The most recent upgrade added a few new features that I have been enjoying as well (such as being able to pause a workout, seeing battery life percentage). I like the "Quick View" option that allows you to lift your arm to activate the screen and that you can turn it off (Tip: Turn the "Quick View" off when you go to bed - the device is quite bright during the night). I didn't really need them, but enjoy the notification feature (texts, phone calls, calendar evemts). I do use the text notification feature while at work. I have not used the others as of yet. You can activate/de-activate any of these three as well both from the app and the device. (Tip: be sure all notifications are off before you go to bed - unless you have a Do Not Disturb on your phone, you will continue to get any notifications you have on, as you receive them). I have not yet tried the breathing/relaxation feature, or the Cardio Fitness Level (which is only offered on this device), but I plan to at some point. I was excited but a little skeptical when Fitbit began offering products with heart rate tracking technology. But so far it seems to be tracking very well. Every time I do my blood pressure/heart rate at the kiosks at the store, and when I donate blood, my pulse has always been extremely close to the readings from the Fitbit. I am very pleased so far!

I ordered 2 Fitbits for my wife and I. So far we are enjoying them. I am mostly enjoying the tracking of the steps, floors/stairs, sleeping habits and vibrations when we get an email or call on iphone. I also like the little challenges throughout the day to encourage you to get up and take some steps. I didn't give it a 5 because of the bulkiness (gets in the way a little while sleeping) and the band. Overall great purchase. We are very pleased.

I have been using my Fitbit Charge 2 since November. There were some updates that required resetting the device, but overall I have been pleased with the product. It is very interesting to track sleep, which is pretty accurate. I do not use the notifications except for reaching my 10K step count and rely on the app on my phone for everything else. I like that this holds me accountable for my activity and that it will autorecognize activity after 10 minutes when I am exerting during housework or yardwork. It is not TOO big or too small and have had no trouble with the battery as I charge it when I take a shower (not waterproof). Another feature I like is that it will recognize the "floors" you take ...going up, that is, not down. I have looked at the new Versa, but the only difference is that it is waterproof and this needs to come off sometime! I have changed arms as I was developing an imprint and had some irritation on my arm initially. I would recommend this product.

It does a great job of what it designed to do. The iPhone application is very well done and easy to use. Setting up the Fitbit is cake. It tracks your sleep, steps and activity. If you are a runner you can use it to map your run. You can start and stop your run from your wrist. This is a big advantage over a program like map my run, where you have to unlock your phone to stop tacking your run. The fitbit charge has an excellent battery. I charged it only when I was in the shower and that was enough. Checking out my sleep patterns was pretty cool. It tells you how many hours you slept each night and if your sleep was restless. It monitors how many times you woke up each night. Notifications on the fitbit are good, but you can't get notification from multiple applications. You can get notification from sms messages or google hangouts, but not both. but... My problem with this item is that I like to wear a watch. I have nice assortment of watches. I feel like a tool wearing the fitbit on one arm and a watch on the other... :(

My mother loved the rose gold color and the new functionality in this Fitbit. She previously had a Fitbit Surge that was too large. This fits my mom's petite wrist much better. It tracks sleep, steps, and reminds her to move if she's been too stationary. It also auto-paired to her iPad which was nice. Overall, a great product.
