Excellent device love that it is a heart rate monitor and also tracks activity. I am able to view messages and alerts from my cell phone and the best part is the battery life roughly about seven days!

Love the look/size of this Fitbit. Easy to set up and works great tracking steps and sleep. I also like the timer and mobile notifications. Battery life lasts longer with notifications off but 3 days with them on so far.

I really love this device! I get to 10,000 steps many times before know it. I keep an eye on my sleep, but after my sleep study, I do question the validity of the app for that. I have increased my exercise and have even recorded my food intake more days than I ever have. Recording my food is SOOOOOO easy. I have had apps to record food and they were never this user friendly. This one is so fast and simple, anyone could do it. It reminds me to move and keeps me focused on movement. I do more workouts than I ever have before just to see my heart rate and exercise monitor jump up. I would definitely purchase it again.

The watch works well, and seems very accurate with tracking activities. I tested the heart rate monitor when I went to the doctor and it was spot on, so it also seems accurate. The only down side to the watch is that sometimes it just freezes up and will not do anything. At these times I get the feeling that it bricked. However, resetting it seems to fix it (sort of like how you used to have to restart a computer to get it to function correctly). I am sure they will fix this with technology improvement on future watches. Until then, this watch is more than sufficient.

I really like this Fitbit. It is just the right size for my small wrist. I wish it would record stairs climbed, and there are sometimes little quirks that are annoying, but for the most part it works as it should. Sometimes it just goes blank for a few hours and then goes back to normal and I wish there was a way to log time on an exercise bike. I have it set so I have to press the button in order to see the time, otherwise when I move when I'm sleeping, the watch face would light up the room and wake me up.

The display of the time is nice and Large and easy to read. This is my 3rd Fitbit. I get the Fitbit's because I have a problem with heart rate and you can have it displayed right below the date. I also have Sleep Apnea and it keeps great track of that too. My first Fitbit was a Charge 3 then I moved up to Altra Hr and now Inspire HR all great products. I love the Inspire having a button on the side to click to go through the different things the phone offers. This one also lets me know messages on my phone and can also do emails but for me it's just the messages. My only personal wish for me would be the HR not being so tiny. I highly recommend this watch. There are many things you can do with this.

I originally had an Apple Watch, ended up losing it, and was going to replace it with another Apple Watch, but I decided to try the Fitbit instead. First of all, I love how low profile this thing is! I switched out the original band for a sleeker metal one which I personally feel works better with tighter sleeves (doesn’t get caught as much). I like the HR version because I like to be aware of my HR while I’m working out. It’s also much cheaper than an Apple Watch so if I lose it, it won’t be such a big deal.

I upgraded my older Fitbit with the Inspire, because I wanted to monitor my heart rate. I am impressed with the battery life, as it lasts an entire week! It syncs well with the Fitbit app on my LG phone, and the sleep monitor is awesome (it boggles my mind how it details all aspects of my sleep)! The only thing I would improve is how the light dims when you're outside in daylight, for it's very hard to read unless you are inside (and this may just be my older eyes). Overall, I am happy with this model!

Bullets: In starting to work out more and attempt to be more healthy, I went on a search for a tracker that would help me keep count on calories, HR, workouts, etc. I did appx. five hours of research. I started by looking at this Fitbit Inspire HR, but reviews were sometimes less than desirable. I went into the more expensive watches (Garmin, Samsung, Apple Watch) but wasn't satisfied with the battery length (I was hoping to take this thing backpacking for multiple days). I considered the Charge 4 but determined the GPS capabilities weren't my number one priority, as I usually have my phone with me and don't need the watch to have GPS as a standalone feature. Plus, it syncs to or from Strava, which tracks all of the things I want anyway. The altimeter reading was also attractive, but again, the battery life while that's tracking was quite low and I didn't want to have to charge it while backpacking. So, after many hours, I came back to the Inspire HR and determined I would take my chances despite some of the less-than-thrilled reviews. I have had a great experience with this thing. With notifications, lift to wake, and exercise recognition/GPS connection to phone turned on, I get about 3.5 days out of it (yes, this is less than the 5-7 promised on the description). I don't mind this at all. It tracks my heart rate, workouts, and calorie intake/output and even if it's not 100% perfect it's been so helpful to see what I'm doing throughout the day and how to maintain some of my healthier habits. On a three-day backpacking trip I turned off notifications and lift-to-wake and it went from 100% to 80% over the course of the trip - this is where the 5 to 7-day battery life comes from. I will say that while the calorie and step count felt accurate, the mileage was off. This is likely because my steps were much smaller while climbing mountains that when I'm just out on a walk, so it was basing the mileage on my normal stride length, thus thinking I'd walked much farther than I actually had. Not a big deal. The sleep tracker is not incredibly important to me but it is pretty cool to look back at my sleep patterns and habits. Lastly, the app. I love the app. I love that I can easily track meals and calories in the app. I love that it keeps track of all of my activity and eating habits for me and gives me all sorts of information. Further, the timer and stopwatch and alarm systems are great. Overall, really happy with this.
