Got my Ionic last night and am loving it already! Setup was very easy for me since I'm already a Fitbit user. Accepted a few messages, connected the device to wifi and left the device with my phone to update (initial update for me took 20 mins) but it tells you right on the screen. Very easy to follow and no issues that some users are complaining about. I'm not going to brag about all the things the device does, read the features on the product and get it if it's a Fit for you (pun intended!) The screen is vivid, smooth to scroll/swipe, buttons/icons are all very intuitive. Only downside as many have mentioned is limited apps for now, which I'm sure will be built up very soon. I'm actually looking forward to getting the SDK and building one myself this weekend!

I love the watch. It’s waterproof which is great for me. It tracks my sleep, water intake, food. I love the gps feature. I just wish they had more bands to choose from. Hopefully they come out with more soon. I was worried about it being to big for my wrist and bulky but I got used to it and it’s not that bad. I do think I would of gotten the Versa if it had the built in GPS feature. The style of it is more for females in my opinion.

Love this watch. Battery life is awesome. But it has lost its mind during the middle of a couple of my workouts. That's very frustrating and it doesn't have elliptical listed as a preset workout option.

I've owned the charge, blaze, and the ionic. Fitbit has done an excellent job with finally creating an IoT product that gets you through the day (payments, music, and of course, health tracking) without you feeling that you're missing something. With the ionic, they've created a product that monetizes their platform in a meaningful way with offline radio stations via pandora plus subscription and fitbit pay. Excellent battery life, waterproof (not just water resistant), stylish, customizable, and a user friendly UI that's not onerous or difficult to navigate. Highly recommended!

I was looking to upgrade my Fitbit Charge 2 for a waterproof one and at the time could not find one to do what I wanted other than a Garmin. I bought the Garmin and a couple months later Fitbit announced the new Ionic. I really was not happy with the Garmin and switched on release day for the Ionic. I absolutely love this Fitbit.

I love the Ionic. It does the job I purchased it for. I really like the look of it much more than the Apple Watch and all of our other products are Apple. It has a great sleep tracker and seems to be accurate on steps, heart rate, and calories counted. It seems to have great smart features, at least for me and it will no doubt do much more than I need. I don't really buy into the smart functions that much on a watch when I can use my phone for those.

I have the Fitbit HR and the Fitbit Blaze and now the Ionic. The Ionic is the greatest. It has more features, more displays and is much more attractive. I wanted it mainly for the music. You can download music to listen to while you exercise. It is also very dressy looking so you can wear it anywhere.

Had difficulty synching this and had to take it back to Best Buy for the Geek Squad to assist. They also had difficulty but were finally able to complete the sych. I use this to primarily track steps, stairs, biking, heart rate and sleep. It does not consistently track sleep. It frequently does not record a return to sleep once I have awoken in the middle of the night, record sleep time when I first go to bed, or record any sleep.. Other than the problem with tracking sleep I am pleased with the device.

This watch has awesome battery life. I only need to charge it once every 5 days or so. I love the difference faces you can select, so much variety. It does great as a fitness tracker. The GPS works great and I love that it's water resistant. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the apps don't always work well. The weather app often gives errors stating you need to sync the fitbit app to get an update.

The Ionic is everything we wanted in a fitness watch so far. Easy to replace the bands, built in music and GPS and multiple activity tracker. There are multiple screen faces and the graphical aspect of the watch is top notch. Alerts come in clearly and immediately and are easy to read and dismiss.

The battery life is amazing. The ease of switching from band to band is great. Like the display choices available. Activity reminder is my friend. Overall enjoying the upgrade from the Fitbit charge hr. Neat that it comes with both sizes of band. Guess I can trade with someone needing the large.

This is the third different type of FitBit I have owned (previously I had the HR and most recently the BLAZE) and the Ionic design and functionality is the best one yet.

I like everything about it except for the band the buckled gets loose and it opens other than that is very good but it’s a little bit too expensive little too pricey

Bluetooth range is really good. I walked away a good 50 feet and was still getting notifications. Battery lasts for days. Wished there were more apps available

the fitbit ionic is easy to use and setup. the gps is accurate and haven't lost a connection when running with over a month of use. I like that it has a mp3 player and it was easy to download my iTunes to the watch.

I always loved fitbit and have used many of them for fitness job. Ionic is also good but seems to me is pricy and the quality of band is also not that good.

The sales person was very helpful in helping me choose the right Fitbit for my daughter. I know she will be very happy Christmas morning unless you post this before Christmas and she reads it although I think it is a bit pricey for a Fitbit but still reasonable enough.

It doesn't bother on the hand wrist, you don't actually feel it. The battery is durable for like five days straight. With the fitbit application, you can actually change the main screen of the watch and even develop new designs. Overall, it is excellent and affordable.

I have only had this watch for a couple and I'm thoroughly impressed. First, it fits smooth on my wrist. Very light weight given the square sized face. The screen is bright and very responsive to touch. I debated between Fitbit and the Samsung watch. Glad I chose Fitbit.
