I received this product for my birthday. I loved my Charge HR so my husband wanted to upgrade me and he heard me say that I wanted a smart watch. He read the box and thought that this would allow me to answer text, calls and email however, once we got it and set it up I was able get and receive notifications but unable to answer and reply. The look and the feel is great. I would recommend this product as long as you are not looking for a smart watch.

Love this for its ease of setup and use and has all the features my husband wanted without being too complicated. He also really likes the look of it.

I highly recommend Fitbit to anyone who wants to quantify their daily activities and sleep habits, this is a great watch for you. The look is great and the screen is much better than the Blaze. The magnetic charger is very nice and makes charging a breeze.

Tried this and the Apple 3 Nike. The Apple went back as it wasn’t friendly enough to runners. Very small font and info screen can’t be changed unlike the clock faces. Also has a 3 - 1 countdown and you have to change screens to end. The Ionic was a much better choice. As I learn more about this watch the better it gets, and 4 is a conservative rating the tech help line with Fitbit is usually almost no wait and very helpful and easy.

I didn't want to quit on Fitbit cause I believed they had great products. They look amazing and the app is easy to use. Problems begin with the notifications, then it didn't sync easily and finally it won't charge on a reliable way. It's a shame cause I liked the brand.

This is my second Ionic. First one died after a year and a half. I would wear it non stop so it wasn't a complete shock. Great battery life. Keeps me accountable and I'm obsessed with it. I was in and out of BB with my brand new Ionic in less than 10 mins and best of all they had 0% financing for putting it on my card.

I love my Ionic watch. Battery holding for almost 5 days, features such as HR, steps seem to be fairly accurate. Comfortable band, easy to use. Highly recommend to people who are into fitness

I use this to track a number of different workouts including biking, running and swimming. It is durable and looks great in the gym and in the office. I bought it to replace an Apple Watch. There is no comparison to how much better this is than the Apple device. The battery life alone makes it a much better solution. I usually get 4-5 days between charges. This allows me to wear overnight to track sleep and all day pulse rate. My Apple Watch wouldn’t make it though the day and had no real solution for sleep tracking.

The only issue I’ve encountered is that it doesn’t receive notifications sometimes but other than that, it’s a fantastic smart watch.

Middle ground between smartwatch and fitness tracker. Does everything well. Limited apps and accessories, syncing can some times be slow. Great design, battery life is really good. Screen is very easy to read, solid watch for tracking runs and workouts. Allowed me to no longer carry my phone on my arm.

The only negative thing I can say about this watch, as long as you know you’re buying a fitness watch that has smart phone features, and not a smart phone that has fitness watch features, is there as of this review the oximeter is still not enabled. The sensors are there, so it just needs to be enabled and software, which is coming. Once this watch has the oximeter functionality, I will gladly write this five out of five stars. For the few people who may care, note that the watch is only 802.11n and 2.4 GHz only

Has all the features. I like that it has all the features that I don’t have to carry my phone. I can listen to music while I move. I can even pay for my Starbucks... say what!!!!

This watch has an awesome design unlike other fitness tracking watches. It feel great on the wrist and has a futuristic design.

Great watch. I haven’t used it for the workout session. But over all it’s a great watch. The few things I dislike about the watch is the time doesn’t alway shows. You can’t Reply to any text messages and it doesn’t show REM sleep unless I’m doing something wrong. But other than that I love the watch. But is it worth 300 I would say no

If you liked the Blaze you will like the Ionic. My focus for a smartwatch is fitness. The Ionic does that well (as all Fitbit products do) but it also has enough smartphone features that I enjoy the extra functions. It is much brighter than the Blaze when out running and can also be set to always on during a run. It looks nicer than the Blaze and feels more well designed. Its a good deal but do not think you are buying an Apple Watch. You should consider this as focused on fitness and the other functions are just extra.

Great watch, I am really enjoying the watch and the charge is holding true to the 5 days. I haven't had the chance to test out the ability in the pool yet and I am looking forward to using this watch as I train for my triathlons.

If you want to track your activity, map it out later, and track your sleep....this is the one to buy. If you want to use it as a phone or phone companion, buy something else. Does exactly what I expected and needed. Very satisfied.

The battery life is great and used it in a pool that has a depth of 4ft with no issues. Overall, I would recommend this version of the Fitbit over the others, as: 1. The band is solid fit and more secure 2. Larger display 3. Can used in pools of 4ft depth 4. Feels and looks like a watch J

I really liked this Fitbit at first. It does all The things I needed to do. I have noticed that it is pretty accurate. When I track my heart rate on the machines at the gym the heart rate matches perfectly with my Fitbit. It has very cute faces that you can change which makes it fun. However the problem is this is my third ionic. The first one I bought I refused to get it wet but finally decided to use the swim lap tracking. Unfortunately, the face went blank within two days. I reached out to customer service, which was very helpful and they replaced it for free. The next one they sent me worked fine however the battery life was shorter than the original. That annoyed me but I got over it. I had it a few months when I washed my dog and got it wet and the face went blank within the hour. For a tracker that is supposed to work and track swimming laps this is unacceptable. Fitbit did send me another one . I’ve only had it a couple weeks, but I know better than to get it wet. I would not recommend this tracker.
