Don't believe the negative reviews. Most of them are either trolls or don't know how to use an android watch. This watch is both beautiful and complete. I find the battery life to be compatible with an iwatch in that if I use it a bunch, I can get a full day. Just make sure the alwasy-on Wi-Fi setting is off. This will suck your battery dry for no viable reason. I love the screen. The resolution is fantastic and the watch face looks as good as my Gear S3. And the steel band is amazing. To summarize...this is one of the best looking smart watches out there.

The watch functionality was good and it’s a nice looking watch but the battery life was terrible. Ended up returning it. It was a shame.

I got this watch for fathers day and I wanted to love this watch. I had issues with power cycling as most people that have this watch have noted. I took the watch the watch to a fossil store when it started power cycling and traded it for the Gen 4 and it has been flawless so far. Do not buy the Gen 3!

I like function,but not worth the price paid fot apps used

I had to return this item due to it malfunctioning. On my return there were no other models available. I'm hoping to buy this item again when in stock and have a better experience.

I bought this watch thinking the reviews about battery life might have been exaggerated... Unfortunately there was no exaggeration. The watch itself is beautiful and functionality is great. The battery only lasted about 12 hours though... And this was with very minimal use. In fact, I left the watch at home to go mountain biking this morning with a full charge. When I got back about 3 hours later it was already at 70% remaining. Going to return the watch and may give the Huawei a try... It's a bummer because looks and functionality of this watch are great!

I had been looking for a smart watch that looked like a conventional watch with the flexibility to switch out the watch face with a variety of options. This watch is beautiful and has a variety of faces that offer a lot of flexibility to customize them. You can also download apps to get many options beyond those provided by Fossil. I've had conventional Fossil watches for over 15 years which are both very comfortable and well built, and this watch has that same Fossil build quality and comfort. I also have an iPhone and have found this watch to be satisfactory when it comes to receiving a variety of notifications on the watch (calls, texts, Viber messages, Outlook email, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). I wasn't really planning to take calls or return texts from my watch, so I'm not going to comment on that functionality as I haven't tried it. All in all, I am very happy with it.

Terrible. Doesn't work well with a Samsung S8. Battery life is less than 6 hours with always on turned off. Randomly changed watch faces during the day to some crazy circus colors. Can't answer a phone call. The text feature worked well. Doesn't seem to have real health reminders, depends on the phone and then randomly does notifications. Charger works poorly, and it takes 3 hours to fully charge the watch which then worked for 6 hours.

Fabulous smartwatch. Still haven't mastered all the fine details of it. Definitely a hit or miss proposition. Very sketchy instruction manual. A basic knowledge of smartwatch technology is helpful.

Loved the watch until abut 6 weeks in. Now all the center button does is access Google Assistant and reboot the watch. Cannot access the app drawer. Often it gets stuck in a boot loop until the battery dies. This is a well document problem in the web that Fossil seems to refuse to acknowledge.

The battery life of this watch is unacceptable, can't go a complete day without the watch going dead.
