    Machine after installation was tested. Water started filling the drum but wouldn't stop! I had to turn off the mains water to the house. It was an inch away from flooding my house. Best Buy did allow me to change the product for a different brand as I was within the 14 day return policy.

    I'm pleased with the washer/dryer stackable. It's a small unit I use in my salon, roughly 7 loads a day for towels. I'm most pleased how Best Buy handled my delivery set up.
