This unit puts out really cold air! We have it mounted in a wall, so I can’t comment on the standard mounting. The main negative is the noise level.

Does what it’s supposed to do. It’s a bigger unit, so it cools my whole 1,000 sf house. It’s not super loud. The remote doesn’t have a lighted screen, so you can’t see it in the dark, which means you need to turn the light on to turn the a/c up or down. That would be my only complaint. Hasn’t affected my electric bill very much. I’d buy it again.

Amazing ac cools the room fast .very easy and good price.

I bought this unit hoping itd cool my whole downstairs which is about 900 square feet. About double the recommended square footage of 450. In a 1-2hours it went from 87 degrees inside to 74. I was very surprised on how well it worked. But any getting it down to 69 70 took a day of the ac running on auto mode. Air conditioner works great

This air conditioner was easy to pick up, install in the window and has been working well thus far. We do need a fan to circulate the air but that might be because it is keeping the living room cool but is close to other rooms which is harder- can’t reach more than the allotted sq ft. Looks nice and is easy to use; has 3 settings which I like

I've had other ac's where the condenser may be great, but the fan doesn't flow as fast as it should. This ac does well at both. I'm using in a combination LR,DR,kitchen open plan totaling @400 sq ft and it does a good job when temp is in the 90's and humid. Doesn't seem to struggle to keep rooms at 72-73°. Highly recommended

Easy to place on window and keeps room cold and quiet

The air conditioner works well. The only thing negative that I will say about it is that is noisy.

The unit is great keeps the rooms at where we need them on hot days, Noise is not bad at all remember it is a window a/c unit and they will make some noise when they run, only thing i had to do to both units we got was drill 2 small holes for drainage away from the compressor and parts if you do not know how to do this do not attempt it if you hit any parts or the compressor its over no more a/c, only bad thing was we got two units and both had damage on the cooling fins it was kinda bad but the unit still works as it should these where in sealed undamaged boxes so im sure it was caused at the factory, when i called the store the employee told me there was nothing they could do for me it would have to be handled thru the manufacturer so i just kept them because it was hot i needed a/c i also never contacted the manufacture because i did not think they would do anything also.
