This is a great refrigerator; it is well built. I have only had it for less than a month but it is working well. When the delivery men unloaded from the truck, they said it was the heaviest refrigerator they ever unloaded (they have been doing this for 3 to 5 years). The only draw back is the water coming from the door is room temperature, our previous Samsung had cold water.

Needed a larger refrigerator for the house all appliances were fairly new fridgidare gallery. So we stuck with the same. The installation team was good upon installation noticed the door had a large dent and no water filter was supplied. Back and fourth with Best Buy got a filter, waiting on resolution for the damaged appliance hopefully a replacement but nothing is currently available.

Great refrigerator for the money. A lot of storage space

We took advantage of the In Home Consultation. What great way to shop. Angela was so helpful in finding 2 refrigerators and a freestanding ice maker. The Frigidaire is at a great price point for our needs. Love having the French doors and pull out freezer. This was our second Frigidaire purchase from Best Buy.

We had the older version of this in previous home but sold it with the home so we had to buy a new one. This newer version we love the new LED lights inside but 4 stars because of the new sliver plate for the ice, water machine is very hard to see during the night.

We have only had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks, and so far it’s been fine. Plenty of space and we like the design.

Versatile and easy adapts to our needs. Which tend to eat a lot of veggies which take a lot of space in the refrigerator. This works perfectly. The freezer is ideal when we make up veggie stock as you always make more than you can use immediately.

Nice set up large adjustable containers on the doors as well as adjustable shelves.

Switched from an older side by side and the fridge space has doubled!! I can easily adjust shelves and drawers to fit cakes, trays and my regular groceries. It is a small adjustment to non-chilled water from door but not a deal breaker.

It’s huge and looks fantastic. The ice and water features work perfectly and a lot of freezer space.

Purchased for new home and to replace older side by side that stayed with our previous home. Easy install and setup from Best Buy and no issues getting into the house. Features that we like are size of ice and large opening for water/ice dispenser. Interior Lighting is also very bright. Freezer storage is much better than our previous side by side refrigerator. Cons - None so far. Production of Ice has not been an issue, as others have reported. This has been a positive experience from deliver to function of the unit.

the main issue we have had is trying to get the doors lined up, even the service technician could only get it so good. Not sure if this was because they had to take them off when bringing it in the house or what, but not pleased with the alignment. The lit up functions on the panel are hard to see, you have to get at the right angle to see them, not really a big deal though.

This is our second Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator to own. Both are very nice looking and work wonderful. There is plenty of room in both the main compartment and the freezer drawer below. The ice and water in the door is great.

The fridge works perfect. Love the quite sound. Ice and water dispenser is very solid. And Shabbat mode is so convenient!

Great but does not make ice fast enough, fridge is too big to not have great ice features

the delivery was on time and done with care. refrigerator is perfect ,easy to clean finish and plenty of room inside and dual doors are great

Originally ordered a Samsung. Best buy called and said it was on back order and offered me the frigidaire model. What a great deal. This fridge is awesome lots of room, quite, and love the ice maker.
