Wonderful! Typically beautiful Disney Family Movie

As a pure steelbook, this is of excellent quality. It's firm and has a heft, but certainly light enough to store anywhere and carry with you. The digital code works with most major providers, and I never had any trouble getting either disc to function in the various Blu-Ray Players I've tried it on. The artwork is stunning on both front and back, with one perfect for those who enjoy unique, epic art, and the other for those who find beauty in the extremely simple. The inside artwork isn't as good as either of the outside ones, but does feature possibly the best shot in the movie, so it works suitably. The disc art, however, is boring and typical. It features characters in positions copied straight from the posters and DVD art, with background that don't fit the movie and don't compliment the character's art designs. It's a shame to have three good pieces of art offset by something so amateurish. The discs themselves are also a bit more difficult to get out of the case than you might expect, and, while the discs are certainly durable, you'll feel like they're about to snap every time you remove them. Overall, an excellent steelbook, and one to proudly display on your shelf. The quality of the discs are fantastic, and while there are some minor issues, it's realistically as good of a steelbook as one could ever expect. Plus, it's looks awesome as a mirror to the original Frozen's Best Buy steelbook! Put them side by side, and let the radiance wash over you.

With the critical and viewer acclaim of the first Frozen film, Disney certainly had high expectations to live up to for a sequel film. Frozen II expands on the themes, stories, and relationships established in the original nicely and adds its own details and story beats into the Frozen mythology. Elsa's powers are investigated and expanded upon . . . bringing in a "whole new world" of perspective and storytelling. The original cast is back and the camaraderie has only strengthened in time. Elsa's abdication of the throne, and Anna's coronation as Queen, was an unexpected yet nice touch - very much in step with Elsa's personal interests, introspection, and character journey. Will there be at Frozen III? If they can make another sequel that's as solid as this film, I hope so! The Best Buy steelbook version of this movie is beautiful. The protective case features a great design and I love the fact that the case is metal . . . so when you touch it, it's physically colder than your standard DVD or Blu Ray case. It echo's Elsa's powers that way, in my own mind!

My 9 year old daughter couldn't wait to see Frozen 2 when it came out in the theaters. She not only loved it but considered it her favorite movie from 2019. As is typical with her, as soon as we saw it on the big screen she requested that we get it on DVD. So it was a no brainers to get Frozen 2 on DVD as soon as it was released. It is a very good movie, and one not just enjoyed by my daughter but my wife and I as well. The animation is top notch, the story is interesting and the music gets in your head in a good way. On more than one occasion my daughter will start singing one of the songs. As for the DVD, I have a personal preference for the steel book versions and the 4K looks pretty good. What I really like about this version of the DVD, is that it also comes with a digital copy, which I can set up so that my daughter can watch it on her tablet as well. Overall a good DVD to get.

I love that the product has all three mediums. I can watch it anywhere with my VUDU account ( after entering the code) and I can share the movie with my neice at her home via blu-Ray/DVD on her non-smart TV. As for the movie itself, I think it is even better that the first. It answers many of the lingering questions from the previous movie but can still stand alone. Frozen II retains the emotion, comedy and storyline started in the first movie and just expands in directions I never would have imagined. The animation has only improved and seeing the characters grow and mature was a pleasure. If you are a child of the 80's you should understand the musical number in the midle of the movie which makes Frozen II multigenerational. My family gives FROZEN II two thumbs up.

Saw this in theaters with my daughter a few times and I was legitimately engaged each time. Even though there wasn’t a “let it go” mega break out song I think overall the soundtrack was more mature and overall better. Love the steel book, and the 4k transfer is great as well. I don’t have a set up to take advantage of the audio in-home but I’ve read other reviews that it was also stellar. Even though a lot of Disney movies are on Disney+ in 4K now, I still prefer having these discs for two reasons. Quality of the physical media will always outperform steaming. And I never trust that any movie I might want to see will always be instantly accessible online. So it you want to “internet outage”-proof yourself always worth picking the discs up!

This all new Frozen adventure is a prequel as well as a sequel to the first film beginning 3 years after her coronation. Being drawn by the calling of a mysterious voice Elsa sets out on a quest to the enchanted Forest to try to find out answers to questions that have been shrouded in mystery, such as why she was born with power over cold and ice, and how she can save her kingdom from an age old threat that is trying to destroy Arendelle. With the entire original cast doing the voice overs, a story is told in flashbacks about the kingdoms past, which sets in motion what Elsa and her family and friends need to do save the kingdom and their lives.

My 3 year old loves all things Elsa and Anna, Moana and Tianna so this DVD was perfect for her. My older two loved the original Frozen and even if they won’t admit it, I know they like this one too because they let their little sister pick this movie both ways on our trip to Cape Cod and our day trips that we took when COVID pretty much canceled our planned vacation. The digital copy was great (we bought the Moana DVD too and that came with a digital copy as well), we downloaded it on our iPad and she watched Frozen 2 while we were making dinner at the resort and her sisters were reading their books.

I was so afraid that Best Buy wouldn't have this DVD, especially so close to Christmas, but they came through for me. I was ecstatic when I found it. As for the movie itself, it is spectacular. When I first heard that Disney was making another FROZEN movie, I thought, "Why bother? It couldn't possibly be as good as the first one." Was I wrong!! This sequel is just as good, if not better. And the music is fantastic. My youngest daughter and I saw this movie in the theater, and we both knew we just had to own it. If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it.

It is hard to live up to the hyped of all hyped children's/family films of all time. This sequel almost does it and therefore is darn good. The animation is amazing and exceeds the original. It is simply gorgeous. The story is good but considerably more scary than the first. The songs work well but do not include a memorable blockbuster or one's that any kid or adult could sing in the shower quite as well. All in all, it is still heads above most movies in the category and worth watching over and over, as soon as the small one's get over the fear of the large rock people.

I had to purchase this for my kids since they love everything by Frozen Elsa, Anna. I truly enjoy watching my 2,4, and 7 year old watch the flick. They sing along to all the songs. Only bad thing is they know how to control the volume remote so they blast it all the way up, They even watch the extra hidden scenes that through me off cause I did not recognize them. If your a girl dad like me then I would truly recommend this film for the girls. They will watch it over and over and not get board of it. Anything from Disney we pretty much own
