The camera works fine but the biggest viewing area I have is my phone. I try to view on my desktop and it doesn’t work. Really upsetting!

Worked fine for about 2-3 weeks. Then it started shutting down after a second or two. Then shut down in an instant or never start at all. Tried outside the car and hooked up to computer. Same thing. Tried a reset. No help.
Essentially only trash worthy now.

I'm rather disappointed with the poor video quality of my Garmin 56. It is nowhere as good as the YouTube reviews/comparisons that I saw before deciding to order. I've tried adjusting the quality using the menu on the dash cam, but don't see any real difference.
Don't count on getting license plate numbers from videos. On the other hand, the voice command "Take a picture" seems to get clear still images, if you can remember to do this at the right time.
Connecting using the Drive app on my phone (Android) is very slow, but it does work. Downloading even a short video, however takes WAY too much time and has resulted in time-outs on my phone.
It connects to my desktop computer (Windows 10) quite well, and I'm able to download the videos & pictures to view/edit with no problems, although once again rather slow (but not nearly as bad as with the Drive app.

So far it's been a good camera. Easy set up and I love the voice command as it makes it easier to save pics/videos rather than tapping buttons while you are driving. I wish the screen was larger though it is nice and small to fit anywhere and doesn't obstruct your view.

I really liked my blink system when I first got it, with ease of use and felt that it was user friendly. But over a few months of use it became obvious that the nasty individuals that I needed the cameras for had hacked the feed and deleted anything incriminating. This neighbor has an alexa system and from various web reviews, apparently a person can have access to the feed thru alexa without using a password. It is very apparent that this has happened. I spent a couple hundred on these cameras, and I am very upset that they are worthless. The blink 'support' team are also worthless, claiming no responsibility, and say the cameras are fine. I have spent months arguing with these people. They will not fix the issue or replace with secure cameras. Do not buy these. They are worthless.
