Been running with my forerunner 955 for about a month now and it’s been life changing!! I love how I can send my location to my partner and he can send me notifications while I run. Overall battery is really good! I think I’ve only charged my watch about 4 times for 30 min each and it last me a while and that’s using gps, music, live tracking feature, etc.

My first garmin watch. Plenty of customization options, the gps is as accurate as it gets with modern day technology and garmin syncs with many other activity tracking apps like Strava. Would recommend!

Only a couple times has it frozen, but a quick restart solved the issue. Very light weight clean looking on my wrist. Syncing workouts to the watch through the Garmin app make tempo run workouts a breeze. Open water and lap swims are easy to track. All of these activities along with bike rides upload immediately to Strava. I go a little over a week before needing to charge it again with about 10 hours per week in GPS mode.

I've had the VivoActive hr 4 for years and wanted to move on to a new device. With all honesty, this watch is amazing. The battery life is excellent, and it does everything you'd every need. There is a GPS version which I thought about testing but it was a little bit higher on the budget than I wanted to spend. This watch is a great purchase for all types of activity.

Love my watch. Replacement for a prior generation Vivoactive 3 Music. Bought primarily for the GPS (golf) function, which is stellar, but also for general fitness functionality. Worked out of the box. Syncs well to my phone and it just goes. Awesome battery life. Can easily get two rounds in on one charge if needed.

I upgraded from the Garmin Vivoactive 4 to the Forerunner 955. It's a massive upgrade all around. The battery usually lasts me 7-10 days, which includes runs and strength training. Very happy with the purchase.

I'm happy I took a look at this before I bought the apple watch ultra. The battery life is crazy good on this. After a week or two, it is down to about 50% so I put it on the charger while I take a shower then back on it goes. Tracks a lot of data. Very handy if you use Training Peaks and it talks to MyFitnessPal.

This GARMIN do that it promise, is lightweight and easy wear. Using it every day for some sports (running and swimming) the battery live is ok even after one week of use. If you want a sport watch, this is a complete option, ofer many options for a reasonable price.

    Incredible Running Watch for Runners

This is an incredible running watch for runners, even for beginner runners. If you’re debating between the Garmin Forerunner 255 and Garmin Forerunner 955, I would recommend just spending the extra $100 for the touch screen. Will you use the touch screen all the time? Probably not, but I have sometimes found myself utilizing it switch between watch faces when running and while browsing my statistics that’s it’s such a nice to have. I’ve brought this watch with me on short and long runs and speed workouts. Very durable watch and very customizable for the everyday runner.
