I LOVE this refrigerator!! The outside door "crushed ice" feature lands in my glass every single time without any off spray or mess. Extremely quiet. I put my Stanley water bottle placed in there for water and can walk away while it pours perfectly without a spill. Unfortunately, I have to return it for a smaller G.E. (33" French Door, Counter Depth) because the freezer didn't open all the way with my wall, so keep that in mind if you're in my situation. (I should have been alarmed when the BB Delivery men had to take my baseboards and door trim off to push it in). I STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Enjoyed it for 3 months.

This refrigerator is quite and great for smaller kitchen spaces. It is very spacious inside with plenty of storage space. Freezer has a lot of storage space and can hold those large pizzas perfectly. Ice maker works great and the water tastes just like bottled water. This refrigerator is perfect for our family and eazy on your pocket book.

Quiet, reliable, and unobtrusive. We are happy with our new refrigerator and with the adjustability of the shelves to accommodate items of different sizes. The water and ice dispensers are simple to operate and the ample interior lighting is a plus. We are very happy with our new fridge!

After reading other customers complaints about compressor noise and ice maker issues, I was crossing my fingers that this GE refrigerator would be better. It’s been 4 weeks since I installed the refrigerator and have no complaints as there are no loud noises and ice maker makes lots of ice. I did have to buy another fresh food door bin as 5 wasn’t enough. Otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase!

Purchased this to replace exact model from 2015 that was flood damaged after hurricane in Sept. In the specs it is listed at 69.5 inches high…. But that is the height of the box…the doors have been changed and are 71 1/2 inches tall….blocking the over fridge cabinet doors which clear the hinge mechanism, but not the extra inch over the hinge that was not on the earlier version. I have a cabinet guy coming to trim the doors….

With this latest refrigerator purchase, my wife decided on a counter-depth side-by-side to meet her need of convenience and her desire for a more built-in look. She left it up to me to choose the right one, her only stipulation being a fingerprint-resistent stainless steel finish. Though that limited the choices I found this GE on sale at Best Buy. It was delivered and installed perfectly as only Best Buy can do, and it has been even better than I expected. It is well-made and provides smooth operation. It is also very quiet which is a great relief after our last one. I'm very pleased with this model.

Our built-in needed repair and the estimates were through the roof. (Over $1000). We needed a cost effective replacement, and researched dozens of brands and models. We finally settled on the GE for its name and quality; plus it looked great. We’re had it for several weeks and absolutely love it. Nice features including the ice and water dispenser, which we never had before..

So far so good! I was worried the counter depth would not have enough space for my family of 4. In the few weeks I’ve had it, I haven’t been able to fill near all the space. The external dispenser works great and so far, no problems. The dimensions were right on and I’m glad I chose the counter depth! It looks very uniform in our kitchen and doesn’t hang way out like regular units.

Looks nice and works well for the price. Got this to replace a $3500 French door fridge that stopped working. At more than half the price, I’m completely satisfied. Yes, it is “louder” but I really couldn’t care less, and the noise is still hardly noticeable. If I wanted super whisper quiet, I would have bought another $3500 fridge. Otherwise, keeps stuff cold and frozen as a fridge should, and looks good doing it.

The Stainless steel counter depth fit our confined space. It works for our two person needs, but might be too small for a family. It is quiet, door ajar, water, ice , light in door are convenient. When checking filter price we found they are very pricey for replacement recommended every 6 mo. If this important to you check price in advance. Easy to replace inside upper corner. GE set makes the kitchen look high end.

Actually, I wish I hadn't chosen this fridge. First, the freezer shelves just seem at inconvenient spacing, and modifying them makes the distance between shelves either too tall or too short; I know this is subjective, but it may be useful to find a model in real life and check it out before buying online. Second, the water/ice dispenser is terrible. The crushed ice function is terrible, with little to no distinction between the cubes function and crushed function. If I use the crushed ice function, and get a cup of ice, and pick out the full cubes to only leave the crushed ice, I am left with approximately 1/4 of a cup. It simply does not work. Also, the water spigot is angled in such a way that you have to be very careful to hold your cup just right in order for the water not to splash out over your hand or onto the floor. Third, at exactly one month and one week after the one year warranty ended, one of the drawers in the bottom of the fridge just snapped, and broke. The replacement is $109 (and of course out of stock). I shouldn't be surprised, because from the beginning I thought that all of the drawers and plastic used seem sort of thin and flimsy, and I guess I was right. This refrigerator is a real disappointment, and I really wish I had chosen something else. Please find a model irl and inspect it before you buy.

Great capacity fir a Counter-Depth model. Efficient and accurate cooling, surpringly quiet, flawless finish and well-made interior. Is on wheels for easy coil cleaning. Has all of the features you could want, with none of the ridiculous or extraneous ones you don't need. Best if all, reasonably priced. Thank you GE!!

Great fridge! Water/ice dispenser is wonderful with a little light. Inside is bright and roomy. There’s just 2 of us in a small house, so we needed something more apartment sized. Can’t wait to buy the matching stove!!

This replaces a GE Profile that we had for 16 years. We are pleased that it fits our space, and only a bit sad that it is no longer available in white to match our cabinets. The shelves and drawers work well. Unfortunately, there is a dripping sound that had me pulling out the unit to see if the water line was leaking. GE says this is normal due to defrosting and/or ice making. Since we appreciate having ice and water in the door, we’ll have to live with it. We were also lucky to get it, since many are on back order.

This was the only fridge we could find that fits our space. We’ve now had it five months and have no major complaints. The layout is good for both fridge and freezer. The ice maker has a tendency to get jammed (not a problem unique to this model!) and is not as easy to get in and out as is the case with some other models, but overall we are satisfied with our purchase and found the price reasonable.

This frig has surprising capacity for its size. It's very well designed. It's beautiful and classy. I highly recommend it.

This has good interior layout with all the must have features! Stainless steel is perfect and the counter depth is a must have for a compact kitchen.

We’ve had the refrigerator for almost three weeks. It’s quiet, with bright lighting. No issues to report.

After so much research and consideration we landed on this one. But sadly it is not going to stand the test of time. The look is gorgeous and clean. The drawers and shelves are poorly made and flimsy plastic and I am afraid they will break every time I use them. The bottom drawer doesn’t stay closed on it’s own and jiggles a lot when u open it. Things freeze in the back of the fridge which is not good seeing as it’s a shallow fridge to begin with. The water dispenser doesn’t have a reservoir and is tilted forward, so every time u fill with a water cup it drips down the front of the door creating a water streak. Inside the freezer there is a ton of ice debris from the ice maker. It sprays ice chips all over the inside of the freezer and in the chute. I am so sad because it took us a long time to make this purchase and am so unhappy after owning it for only a few weeks.
