Great oven, terrible install team

The product is great. Easy to use and reliable. I would not recommend the installers. They wanted to charge extra for everything they did: rug on the floor to protect the floor during install, re-run new wiring to the disconnect, modify the cabinet by 1/8” because the electronics panel was a bit too tall for the opening, you name it they would be happy to charge for it. Oh yeah, and they didn’t read the very well labeled breaker box and shut off power to random rooms in the house including the modem my wife was using to host a meeting for work. The guys were an absolute disaster.

This is new, so we haven't tried the convection settings yet. I like the fact that the racks can stay in when using the cleaning mode. One thing I don't like -- it takes a LONG time for "pre-heat" to get up to temperature.

Installed and operational without any problems. Works as expected and no issues. Only weird thing was we had to create internet access to use airfryer. Though once created, internet was not needed to work the airfryer feature.

Love this oven. It heats evenly throughout. I love the fact that it resets its clock when the power blips. I did have to have a new four wire circuit run from the breaker box. The oven is designed for a top junction box, while the one it replaced (20 year old GE profile) was designed for a bottom junction box, so i needed an extension. My electrician wasn't keen on using the three wire circuit to power the oven, so we just ran a new line, though the installers seemed to think it was fine to hook to the existing circuit. I'm no electrician, but I went with the electrician opinion over the installation crew.
This oven now works with Amazon Alexa, so that's cool, i can have her turn the oven on or off, or change temps, etc.
Works well with the Smart Home app that GE provides as well.

I LOVE my oven!! It is easy to use, easy to clean, and fun to cook with. I love the convection options, but my favorite feature is the air fry option! I no longer use my countertop air fryer, my oven air fry’s to perfection!

Works as advertised. Love the WiFi connection. After 30 days of usage I would recommend this oven as a purchase. Great upgrade from my 30 year old oven

Hasn’t worked properly since day one. Unfortunately I had it installed past the return date at Best Buy or I would have done so. It’s been over a month and still not repaired by GE. Very disappointing.

Ordered in November, have spoken to Best Buy 6 times and they have no clue when this oven will get here. Every week they say “it will be here please dont cancel” and give me a date. That date comes and they say it has left the warehouse. Their system is ridiculous, if it is backordered just put backordered. Stop saying every week it will be ready and that it has left the warehouse but “our system doesn’t provide tracking from the warehouse.” Imcompetent customer service is putting it nicely.
We know any delay in receiving your appliances must be concerning. We regret any inconvenience caused, and we are working to get appliances to our consumers as quickly as possible. Please keep in touch with your retailer regarding availability; they will have the best information regarding your specific delivery date.
