So far I'm very pleased with our new washing machine. It has all the necessay options for each type of load and it's easy to figure out how to set it. Also, it has more capacity for larger loads than I expected. Great value for the price.

I like this washer all in all . I had to get use to the noises with every cycle and the lid locking . My old washer was much different.

I love all the features and it is easy to operate it will even do the precise fill if you are unsure of the water level put it on that feature take the guesswork out of the equation. No water left in clothes spin without a lot of wrinkles in your clothes.

So Happy with this purchase It’s perfect because I can wash my comforter and pillows in the deep agitation tub and I love all the extra features it offers too.

Washes real good. Clothes smells so good when they come out. Love the deep fill. Has a slight agitation noise but not an issue. It’s just because I have been away from top loaders for too long. So glad to be back with one.

Excellent cleaning. I chose this washer because of the agitator. But it has so many options.

I Love my new washer, i had previously bought a washer at home depot and returned it. And went to best buy.This washer is easy to use. Not all computerized.

Had it over 2 & half years still going strong thought i had a problem one time turns out it was a bad fuze in my box didnt hurt the machines at all i bought the pair and its well worth the money. And even 2 n half years ago it was 1700-1800 for both would gladly pay again if they continue how they are for the next 10 years also geek squad keeps their word wouldnt buy them without warranty you never know they are mass produced.

My previous washing machine died after less than 5 years and parts were no longer available, so we ordered this GE washing machine directly from the Best Buy website and had it delivered in a couple days. So far, we’re quite happy with it as it’s simple to use and quieter than our previous one. It has all of the features that we could possibly want and the price was excellent. Best Buy is our go to spot for home appliances and electronics.

Absolutely love love my washes. Nothing like an OLD SVHOOL WASHER that gets the job done.

After a month, I think this washer is great! I actually bought another brand at a cheaper price, but returned it. Also, I fully support technology improvements that lead to energy efficiency, but with the first washer, I just felt it was not adding enough water. This washer gives you much better control. I can go high efficiency when I want, or have it add more water when I want. Towels and some other cycles always have adequate water. And, personally, I don't find it to be loud at all! It's a washing machine, its not going to be silent! It's fine, my living room is just above it up one flight of stairs and I can't hear it at all. Recommended!

Would have been 5 stars for the washing machine. The installers and their best buy supervisor were a horror show. I will never buy another major appliance from Best Buy again. They forced me to purchase their over priced hoses because they claimed the hoses I had rust on them and that unless I do purchase the new ones, my warantee would be void. The hoses I had were on the previous machine were less than a month old and were better than the ones they sold me at twice the price. The installation of the hoses were thrown on haphazardly and interfered with the sink. I ended up needing to reinstall the hoses which i used my own hoses again so their poor installation would not stop me from using the slop sink. I wanted to return the hoses to Best Buy but came down with Covid two days later. Ironically, since i work from home and had not spoken to anyone face to face in a week except for people in my home who didn’t come down with covid and the installers. I can only assume how I how covid. Well, by the time I recovered, my return window had expired.

This has been working fantastic for us. So far there has been no complaints from me or my girlfriend

Washer has manual knobs, but all kinds of electronic whirs and beeps. Also, being 5'3" it is a challenge to reach items on the bottom of the washer. "Made in USA" translates to "Made in Mexico" on a front plate in the dryer. (?) Dryer must be "energy efficient" becase it takes forever compared to my '02 Maytag. They both work fine. Better than laundry by hand and they fit in the space.

So far so good. I've had the machine for about 2-3 months and clothes come out clean with each wash. I like the settings that allow you to fill the amount of water you want per wash and water temperature.

Works great and goes well with the dryer. Always washes the clothes quickly and well

This washer may be noisy but it works just great for me.

My wife is very happy with this washer !!! And works excelent .
