The cups for smoothies are nice, and easy to use with the blades. the power of the unit does a great job of blending. Seems to be a solid unit that should last us a long time.

In the first month, the gasket on the cup blade disentigrated so the cups can't be used. Only speed 5 will chop ice. The blade part for the cups apparently heats and expands when being used because you have to wait a while before you can open it. Do yourself a favor and choose a different product.

This one isn't silent (no blender really could be), but much more reasonable for the power. I love that this has small blender cup as well as full size. Easy cleanup - even full size fits (just barely) on top shelf of my dishwasher.

When I first got it it worked pretty well but the so called "smart sensor" built in is annoying! That is probably why it died. The bearing that connects the jar to the base is actually well made compared to others. Very frustrating nothing is built to last anymore, waste of money

All of the previous reviews were correct. It is loud, but to me that lets me know that it is working to blend my smoothies. Its very user friendly with a simple turn knob for the speed and two push button for blending and pulsing. Gets the job done and that is the point.
