First the delivery - the guys were excellent! Efficient, friendly, and EARLY for the appointment time! The dryer works just fine. My only two minor beefs - I wish the door opened down versus to the side; the end of cycle buzzer is incredibly loud even with the laundry room door closed. It buzzes when it's in cool down and again when the dryer stops for about 15-20 seconds straight. I need to review the user manual to see if the buzzer can be turned off. Other than that, I expect many years of great use out of this product.

I've only used the dryer a couple times so far, but seems to be a great dryer. I like the large capacity and the metal drum. The buzzer at the end of the drying cycle is extremely loud and long. You can set it to medium, loud or off. I like the idea of the buzzer, but wish there was a setting with a lower volume.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS DRYER . ITS AMAZING IT DRIES FASTER THAN MY OLDER DRYER . I ADVICE FOR YA TO CHOOSE THIS ONE BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO USE AND EFFICENT :)

This drier runs quietly, dries fairly quickly (even large loads) and pulls the lint very nicely. I love the cooldown cycle, and the fact that you can stop it early (without a lot of complications) to grab a hot blanket on a cold night. Very happy with this machine.

I bought this for my son and his family.. their family was just increased with with the addition to their family with the birth of their son. Now with two children and themselves... they old dryer went out (it was a hand me down) and so I purchased this to help them for their wash load has increased so much. They love it. They especially love how quiet it is. They said you cannot even hear it run.

It is so quiet and it dries really fast. Has multiple settings for all different types of laundry! Best Buy for our money!

Bought this dryer to replace a 25 year old model which was taking forever to dry clothes (even with a new vent hose installed). It has the features we were looking for so we bought it. We've been using for a few months and we're extremely happy with the dryer. It dries clothes very quickly and accurately (doesn't over heat the clothes). Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dryer.

No issues. Works great. Value priced. Need to purchase a power cord either 3 or 4 wire depending on plug style. Simple install really. Large capacity. Humidity sensors shut it down without wasting electricity by over drying items. I'm very happy with this item.

This is an awesome dryer and has a rather large capacity for clothes.

Dryer is huge. Great for comforters and large loads. Not loving the sensor. Dryer beeps to tell me clothes are dry and to stop but have found a few that are still damp. Turning buzzer off. Otherwise good purchase for price.

Overall well are very pleased with the easy operation of this dryer. It has all the basic functions and is simple to use. It operates extremely quietly. It has a very large drum.

Replaced a Frigidaire dryer and am much happier now. Dryer has large drum. It is very quiet. I like the lint trap up in front.

I purchased this 2 months ago with the companion washer. The dryer has taken more time than I wish it had to figure out which drying options work best. Since most loads are either all cotton shirts or blends, I have not found the best option to reduce wrinkles. The wrinkle care option does help. The dryer has a buzzer that sounds as the cloths are about dry. If you can not get to the machine right away this buzzer will sound several times. Finding a low enough volume for the buzzer was difficult. The buzzer sounding several times is very annoying. Wish it would just sound once, would even take sounding two times. It has a larger enough capacity and does dry the clothes well.

We bought this model sign unseen, our front loading washer and matching dryer both died after their 3rd year of use. We chose this dryer to go back to the old school style. The first dryer that was delivered and it made a loud rubbing noise when the drum was turning. We called GE on day 2 and the customer rep said to give it a couple of weeks, it just may be "tight" from the factory. Three weeks later is was still making the noise, and we scheduled a GE service call for this less than one month old dryer. The next day the drum stopping spinning, you could hear the motor running but the drum didn't turn. Now is the time to mention that BEST BUY is awesome. Because we are Elite Members, there is a 30 return policy-no questions asked. I called our local store and asked to return the bad dryer, and wanted to order another one in the same model. This time the dryer worked perfectly! Several weeks later, we are very satisfied with this dryer. It has more than enough settings/cycles and runs very quietly.

Bought this dryer a few weeks ago. Excellent quality build. Drys clothes/towels/sheets quickly. Buzzer sound too loud so put it on the lowest mark!

The drier performs very well and is extremely efficient when operating ,it's large capacity is a plus to help dry clothes efficiently and to leave them wrinkle free when the load is completely dry

This GE dryer has several optional drying cycles and a controllable signal that lets you know when to remove items that you don't want to have to iron. The dryer operates quietly and dries laundry efficiently and thoroughly. The filter is easily accessible and the price is reasonable for all the features it offers. I love it!

This dryer is wonderful. Gets clothes dry and fluffs them up. There are only 2 things I don't like and that is the buzzer goes off several times. I should be able to change this. I just haven't done it yet. And the door is a little hard to click shut. I'm sure it will loosen up with time but right now when I try to close it I have to hold onto the dryer or it will scoot across the floor.

Had these same dryer at our apartment and decided to buy for our new home. Works great, doesn't seem to take very long. We haven't had any problems so far
