It is very nice in its robust design, it is easy to program and it looks perfect on the furniture, it has a thermometer for cooking meats and the grills are very practical, I recommend it 100%

I got my Profile Microwave Oven combo installed last week. I have two problems that I am waiting to be resolved. One is the racks that are shipped for the oven. There are support rack rails that are installed on each side where the racks will go. However, I received qty 2 left side and qty 0 right side leaving me unable to install any rack to test or use my oven. Also, the bottom trim that are for cosmetic came in too long leaving a bowed shape when forcibly installed. After an hour call with Best Buy where Best Buy could only order a whole replacement unit to be delivered 6 weeks later, the rep suggested I call GE Appliance Parts. When I called GE Appliance Parts and after talking to 2 different reps, I was transferred to GE Appliance as this needed warranty claim. Luckily, GE had right hand rail in stock which I needed. And, no left hand… perhaps, I am not the only one getting two left hand rail. Anyway, I was told the parts would ship in 3-5 business days. After a full week, I have yet to be able to use my oven. Microwave works well. Design is nice, and functionality seems much better. However, GE needs to really step up and get quality control in check. This isn’t acceptable.

Great looking combo. Easy to install. Cooks great and very quiet.

We were looking to replace an old double oven combo with a microwave oven combo that would save kitchen shelf space taken up by a separate microwave. We wanted both microwave and the oven to of decent capacity as well. The product option we were looking had either a very small microwave or smaller oven. The GE profile series had this great combo which has modern looks with easy to operate control panel for kids using microwave and with decent capacity for both microwave and oven. The install was done by best buy installation through pacific kitchen which was also a great experience. Showed up on time, installed and explained all features and operation in detail and cleaned up everything. Very happy with this purchase.

We upgraded our GE Profile microwave and standard oven (non convection) to to this single unit convection, microwave (include standard convection heating). I like to cook and wanted convection and the convenience of second oven when entertaining or meal calls cooking two items at the same time. This unit works great. The convection features has several selections depending on how and what you are cooking, so heating oven space is consistent every time I use it. Microwave/convection also works very well. The microwave feature heats quickly and the pull down drawer is more convenient for getting item in and out compared to other microwave with side-pull door. On both oven features the control buttons and one dial are laid out very well and easy to understand. Here are a few items I would change to improve overall use. When operating top oven in microwave feature-there are a lot of steps just to heat an item for a short time. I would count about 5 sequences just to turn on over for 30 seconds. This should be review and reduced to 2 steps. Next, the digital display should be larger-its difficult to see from across the kitchen. There should be two timers (hey - its two ovens I'm working with here). The last GE Profile over had wifi enabled, I would add wifi to this unit. Last, the audible sounds should have choices of sounds. The only sound is really annoying. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase and received great service from Best Buy.

Our last GE oven and microwave lasted over 20 years but were showing signs of being “tired.” They were both white and this all stainless upgrade looks great in our kitchen which we are upgrading slowly but surely. The oven and convection on the bottom work great as does the microwave/convection on the top. We are very pleased with the quality, ease of cleaning, and consistent cooking temperatures they provide! I highly recommend this combo!

Great oven/micro combo. Haven’t figured out the convection oven yet. Looks fantastic and fits the space perfectly. The one thing I’m not a big fan of is the turn the dial feature to adjust the cook time. It adjusts in 15 second increments. Not sure why that bothers me but sometimes I like to reheat my coffee for 20 seconds not 15 - not 30 (lil OCD coming out).

Love this technology. The microwave settings are spot on. It’s easy to select settings. And the meat thermometer for the oven is really great.

What a great oven! I am 4th generation chefs/restaurant owners. I Love this oven/microwave combo! Food cooks evenly and quickly in the convection oven. The microwave doubles as a convection oven as well. Good for heating cook smaller items. I love the modern sleek look.

Average quality. Came with missing part. Then after two days of using, started to make loud noise while using microwave. Told could be fire hazard so returned and got Kitchen Aid product. Far better quality than GE. Had GE before. Sadly disappointing quality….may not go back to GE again…

So far so good! Oven is much quieter than our previous Frigidaire microwave oven. Microwave does a very even job of heating. Had one small issue that was taken care of efficiently under warranty.

I love this wall oven in our modern farmhouse kitchen. Adam our sales person was so helpful in selecting appliances and coordinating delivery. Everything arrived on time and without dents or scratches. Very happy with purchase and service.

I waited almost a year to buy this oven and the day it went on sale at bestbuy I bought it and I am so glad I did. Still trying to get use to the features but love the look.

This was an excellent purchase. It is a great microwave, convection oven, and oven. The only criticism I might give is that sometimes you have to push the button several times to get the setting you want but it isn't really that big a deal. Okay, maybe one more criticism: There is no way to stop the microwave rotating plate when using it as a convection oven. This means you can't just set a dish in it. You either use a small enough dish that can rotate in the area or use the included stand (which is a tad tall).

Had to buy a new microwave oven combo when my old GE combo's LED display died. GE does not make parts for the old model anymore (only 10 yrs old!). Went with a new GE because they guaranteed it would fit in the current cutout in my kitchen cabinets otherwise I would have said "screw GE". New oven is sleek and looks good. The dial system is a bit wonky. It takes a few steps the just set the temperature in the oven and even more to just set the timer to microwave something. Also, the chime to let you know the microwave time is complete is very low and hard to hear over the fan, which stays on till you open the door to cool inside the microwave. There is no setyi.g to increase the volume. Curious on a $3000 appliance. It's summer so we have not used the oven too often so hopefully there will not be surprises down the road.

Appliance was delivered and installed very professionally by Best Buy Geeks. Everything works as it should and the ovens are quite an improvement over the ones they replaced Very happy with my purchase.

This is an attractive replacement for my old white GE combo oven and fits perfectly in the same space. The controls all work well and are easily understood. The only issue I have is that when I set the oven to heat to a certain temperature, the beeper goes off well before the oven reaches that temp. I have to put an oven thermometer in it and check often until it reaches the target temp. This is not what should happen.

I really love this oven/microwave combo unit. The unit runs very quiet and the timer is loud enough to hear from a different room. I didn't think I would like the knob for making selections but have found I really do like it. The microwave is nice and large. I have tried the microwave as an oven and it works great. I am definitely satisfied with this unit.

I am most impressed with this oven. I especially like the true convection -- that doesn't heat at a lower temp than displayed to keep cooking times the same as non-convection cooking. The oven lighting is excellent. You can readily see what you're cooking.

Happy with the ease of use and overall features. Wish more of the racks were on rollers.
