The capacity is huge, features are very helpful and I love having the smart app to notify me when the cycle is complete so we can avoid leaving we clothes in the washer for too long.

I just have it for 2 days and is been doing a good job. The first day I did 5 loads where is included 2 loads of king zise bed spreads (tick ones), 2nd day so far has been working with 3 loads. The dryer you can set up as low as 20 minutes,that time don't work for me, especially is your loads are big but "for me" 40 minutes was enough to dry big loads even the beds spreads. So I can't complain, so far very happy with my purchase. Will updated if something wrong happens and the time it took to happen

It functions more like an ipad than an annoying touchscreen. Its really great, i can pause and change the settings midwash or dry. Its really customizable unlike other units and has many options. Including, its very own sanitization setting! Great for dog messes.

I literally bought the new house because I wanted to install full sized laundry appliances. My old house had a built-in counter top in the laundry room that limited the size of the washer and dryer. So, when the washing machine original to my old home went kaput, I was forced to buy a compact washing machine. While the tiny machine was quite nice, I had to do multiple laundry loads a week! This new machine at my new house is so massive that I could probably get away with needing to do only one load every week! I have never had a washing machine with such a large capacity! I can’t stop smiling!

Have owned for about 2 weeks and used over dozen times. The Smart Dispense that you fill with detergent and then you don’t have to put in soap separately for every wash is great idea and comes in so,much handier then I thought. Love using this washer.

Your washer may make sounds your previous model didn't. If your unit is wet after the cycle, please run the UltraFresh Vent cycle. This cycle is meant to remove excess moisture from your unit to prevent odor and keep your unit smelling fresh. -Kacie@GEAppliances

It has a huge capacity! It has quick wash cycles. It washes a king quilt, blankets and the sheets all together and has zero issues. Very efficient and uses less water. It dispenses the laundry detergent which a plus when you have teens.
