I am writing this review because I like the Geek Squad work. But what is confusing to me is how I got an instore order on my account. As I bought these services online. I do not like that aspect. for this reason I give the not recommend until I am informed about this. Other wise I would recommend wholly

customer service is friendly and always helpful. Been a great go to for problems with laptop and printer for me. Only complaint generally takes a long time to get resolution for most experiences.

Updated my GeekSquad computer service and Kasperski Anti Virus Software, problem free at a reduced cost. Both have proven invaluable and cost efficient. Happy with both.
