The drone you will recieve will be nice and fly very well, including taking great photos and hovering extremely still even in decent wind speeds. However, despite being "GeekSquad certified", the drones I received (I bought 2, the first one had a dead battery) were BOTH already bound to an account. This means that, among other issues, if the original owner claims it was stolen, DJI can brick your drone remotely (i.e. your drone will no longer fly). This is a HUGE issue, and not a risk I am willing to take. I got extremely lucky, and DJI was willing to unbind it. However, despite their very good customer support, they are known for not doing this, and even after proof of purchase, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for them to contact the original owner (who 9 times out of 10 is unresponsive). All in all, it is a great drone at a fantastic price, but unless you are willing to risk having a bound drone, I would steer clear. Oh, also you might be missing a manual.

This is one awesome drone! Mine came in pretty much brand new condition, only flown for a few minutes. It is so stable the video quality is awesome. Qualified for DJI's 2 year warranty purchase. My expectations are beyond exceeded. Don't think, buy now!

Everything works great except what everyone else is complaining about...bad batteries. Mine only had one bad battery the other two work great , long flight time. I can live with that. The drone is better than I thought it would be, it gets some long range distances, but over all I'm happy with the product for the price.

I had a DJI mini 2 and I crashed it. luckily I had the extended warranty that I paid $180 for which I shouldn't have because that's too expensive and I originally paid $600 for this drone plus tax about $636 total. So they gave me a gift card because they didn't have any in stock whenever I returned it so I went to their website and I bought another one. They were only $300 now but there was one for $270 that was refurbished so I took the chance and it was okay. And after flying it three times I crashed it again because even though it was a low battery, I knew it was going to be low and I was going to land it in front of me and I forgot that when it hits 10% it goes straight up in the air and starts going back to where it took off from but it could not go straight up in the air because there was a tree above it and so it flew up and hit the tree and it broke the arm on this one too... I did not have the extended warranty now but I just bought a $20 replacement arm on Amazon without the motors to repair it, which will void any warranty maybe? I'm going to try to reuse everything in it, it's just one little broken section. I will add a picture to it and I think it's better to spend $20 for a replacement plastic arm instead of $180 for extended warranty that once you use it you lose it. so I recommend this because it's a really high quality drone but it does not Auto follow you but you don't really need that anyway. just stay away from trees and power lines and whenever you take off be sure there's nothing straight above you because it's going to try to go straight up and then straight down in the same place and whenever it gets down to 15% battery. you better land immediately because if not it's going to fly straight up and hit something on its own trying to get back home. I recommend this.

Awesome, best drone ever so far, easy to drive, great pictures and videos! Highly recommend

Overall everything was great. The props were just in a ziploc and there was no instructions or anything. But with a YouTube video on how to set it up everything works great.

- Package came with no visible damage - All components were in the case - DJI product was extremely user friendly, despite having drone experience before, setup was painless and really easy with the DJI fly app. - Was up and flying in less than 30 min after letting a battery charge - Very seamless and streamlined experience and that's before getting to actually using the product which was a 10/10 in and of itself and worthy of another review altogether

Flies well, takes good pictures. Some issues with gimble. But for a refurbished drone at reduced price, can’t complain.

Great Drone. Everything came as stated and it still works perfect.

Came in perfect shape. Wasn’t sure about the “refurbished” approach but it was exactly like new. Batteries held a perfect charge. I’ve been having tons of fun flying this thing around my house, local parks, etc. It takes great footage! I did get a Pelican case (the 1400) to keep it safe. Fits perfectly.

First item I received wasn't correct, returned it and got my new one to find it was broken. Got the third one in and I love it. I was so excited to fly it, I have flown it probly 25 times since purchased. Definitely recommend to others.

Despite being a refurbished product, it has all the accessories and works perfectly. It had no scratches or damage.

Dont waste your money for the new one, but it referbished! It looks and works like a brand new drone!

Almost brand new DJI Mini 2. Though the box came damaged, everything else was in perfect condition with tags still attached. All three batteries at full capacity with minimal degradation. Everything looks and feels brand new. The only thing that I did not receive was a manual which you can download online anyways. I would definitely recommend buying refurbished because it’s slightly used instead of buying brand new with a brand new price tag.

First drone came with dead battery, broken blades on drone, no replacement blades or screws. Had to get a replacement for that and when it arrived today…no blades/screws/screwdriver at all.

Everything it’s okay, fine and good, and the price is good

used? yeah right!!! lol everything work like new; everything in photo was received; no dings or dents; easy set up; all 3 battery work and charge fast; controller fits any phone (i have iphone 14 pro max); extra propellers and everything!!! saved $250 and received a brand new dji mini 2
