Since the switch only comes with the 2 joycons, getting this extra set lets me play party games like Mario Kart without having to rotate controllers as much. Although they are referb, but they look brand new. Hooray.

I was hesitant to buy items refurbished because you never know what you're going to get. However for the significant price cut and the return policy, I decided to try it out. I was definitely not disappointed! The controllers looked practically new with the exception of VERY minor signs of usage cosmetically. I did a small amount of cleaning and I would not have been able to tell the difference between new controllers and the ones that I received. Of course, your mileage may vary, but I would be definitely willing to try refurbished again for this product in the future!

I bought these refurbished to save a couple bucks, and it was completely worth it. Everything works great, no blemishes, and its great to have a second pair of joy cons!

These were in perfect physical condition, and the joycon drift problem common in many of the models was not present. Hugely satisfied!

One of the best controls I've ever had, with perfect color, excellent system and functionality!

These work fine. The one knock is that the locking mechanism to keep the blue joy-con attached to the switch display is loose and comes out easily. It does not impact anything functionally, and for ~$20 off, I'll happily take it.

I wanted a second pair of joy cons, and bought an open box item. They worked well for a while but later I started feeling some issues with them. Overall great product.

First set was a dud, but 2nd has worked for a couple of years. I like the colors.

This necessary addition allows for up to 4 players since the Switch already comes with 2 attached! So crucial for family fun & a great value!

These joycons can be expensive, which why I chose to buy them refurbished from Best Buy. I can’t really tell that they’ve been used, they feel brand new.

Got these extra controllers for the Nintendo switch and they are great. It lets us all play together as a family of 4.

Was happy to see these refurbished controllers and the price to go along with them. Unfourtunalty after one use, the left controller wouldn't charge :( Not wanting to pay for the shipping to return a faulty product I'd bought online I waited till we were going to be close to Best Buy Store. The Return process went smoothly.No customer services issues,I did appreciate that, very much! I was a bit bummed they didn't have any refurbished at the store I ended up using the in-store gift cards the gave us ( for the return) towards new controllers. Don't think I'll go the refurbished route next time. for us, it wasn't worth the extra time.
