As a long-time Windows user, everything changed after I bought this Apple MacBook Air M1. Even though it refurbished it seriously look brand new there was no scratches on the laptop or anything. I use this laptop for my school and my student teaching and it is a 10/10. The battery life literally last all day long and it super fast when booting up. I use to have a Hp pavilion x360 15.6inch tablet/laptop and that took a hit on back on how heavy it is but with the Apple MacBook it is so light I was surprised when I took it out the box. Like I take this laptop with me everywhere. Whereas my old laptop I would keep that at home and bring my iPad instead. If you looking for a laptop for school and work get the Apple MacBook Air M1. It is durable, lightweight , and high performance.

Got this computer for online school and my business. It has been nothing but great to use. I have an iMac, iPhone, and iPad. So it makes it easy for sharing and finding files saved between devices. I love how lightweight the computer is and how fast it is. My iMac is dinosaur slow and this MacBook is FAST. Not to mention how awesome the battery life is. I also love that it has a USB-C charger now. I did not have any scratches or anything of any sort. It look brand spanking new. Except for the charging block. It was fairly worn. But that doesn’t matter.

I just got my new Macbook about 2 days ago and boy lemme tell ya….11/10!!! The condition of mine is BEAUTIFUL. Only ONE incredibly tiny scratch on it that is hardly visible. I mean you’d have to squint your eyes to even see it. Battery health is at 100%, and its PERFECT for my back to school work! I’ve never had a Macbook before but you know what they say…once you go Mac you NEVER go back! Truly satisfied with my purchase! THANK YOU BEST BUY! This really was the BEST BUY!

This is probably the best purchase I’ve made online. I tested this for about 4 weeks before reviewing and here’s the results: It came in a pretty good package although the bubble wrap job, could’ve used some better work. the MacBook itself has no dents or scrapes in it, The display has no problems and the computer charges fine. The battery health is great and the screen wasn’t loose when I tried opening and closing it. my only complaint is that the MacBook was dirty and the bubble wrapping job wasn’t very well. If it drop the wrong way during shipping, It probably could’ve broken so I would suggest that they up their game with that. Best Buy used to be the company I hated but now I’ve come to enjoy their services. I would definitely recommend this .

I purchased this laptop as an alternative to keep my main macbook safe and away from potentially getting stolen, dropped, scratched, cracked, and something to throw in my work bag or purse when I am out and need to take a laptop with me. I was expecting an item less than apple refurbished standards. Based on the other reviews, it did appear that I would more likely receive a product with dents, scratches, a jacked up screen, and an unhealthy battery. To my surprise, my product came to me with no scuffs, damage, cracks, screen prestine, and a tight hinge. As i looked further into this unit, i found the battery health at 97% and a cycle of 53! for an M1 MBA made in 2020, I think that's excellent. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay away from geek squad refurbished, but if you do receive your device and weren't satisfied, simply return or exchange it :)

This unit was received in excellent condition. No scratches, dents or blemishes of any kind. The ports were clean. The screen is like new. The keyboard is like new. The battery with only 43 charge cycles is virtually new. Everything works as it should. I got to hand to Geek Squad on this one. This unit is fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this computer! It was Geek Squad refurbished but you’d never be able to tell — it’s practically in mint condition and runs flawlessly. Super fast, fully functional, and has exceeded all my expectations. Honestly, one of the best decisions I’ve made, especially at a fraction of the price of a brand-new one. Would highly recommend this seller and refurbished tech in general — saved money without sacrificing quality! Charger box looked a little used but I don’t care at all :) so happy with this purchase.

MacBook came in pretty great condition, a few minor scratches but that’s to be expected when you buy refurbished. However it gets 4 starts because I ordered it in space gray, and it came in rose gold, to me it wasn’t a huge dealbreaker since I planned to put a skin over it, but I figure other people should know there’s a chance it comes in the wrong color

Exactly what we were looking for. I bought this for my son’s high school laptop. Quality is there. Perfect condition, as if new. So far he’s had no complaints. We’re very happy with this purchase.

Big decision, first refurbished purchase of any kind. Arrived with rather significant dent on the front top corner lip which must have resulted in a broken screen. Have a nice matte black sleeve, out of sight out of mind. Pic below of battery health and machine specs. Overall performance and experience have been great! This product was my most recent and successful purchase in the past few months. The size is perfect, easy for girls to carry in any bag, with an adequate weight. As for its operation, I was amazed by the speed of its system and the quality of the applications. 100% recommended.

My daughter needed one for college to replace her really old MacBook Air and she’s happy with it. It does look used with some imperfection in the screen, and the keyboard has some wear. But it’s still a good deal and the computer still looks great, just noticeably used.

I didn’t get a charger so I have to use my chromebook charger for this. I also asked for gold but I got silver. But other than that roblox works SO smooth on this so i’m very satisfied. Its a very smooth computer overall.

AMAZING !! I love it ! I was a bit worried buying a refurbished macbook because of all the stories ive heard but GEEK SQUAD CERTIFIED IS THE BEST. I 100% recommend. It came clean hardly no scratches at all that i can see just a little bit (not even noticeable) dust in the keyboard. I recommend just disinfecting the computer with some clorax wipes. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Im also a college student (: PS. ALSO COMES WITH CHARGER

Purchased this refurbished MacBook Air for my daughter who is starting CCP classes at high school. We didn’t have a big budget but she wanted something that could sync up with her iPhone and iCloud. It works flawlessly, has one tiny imperfection and came within 2 days.

Great laptop for everyday use! I use it for studying, writing papers and reading textbooks. The battery life is phenomenal, even when I’m watching Hulu it can go for several days without charging. Love the iPhone integration. Just overall great laptop.

The laptop is perfect! The battery is new, and wasn’t damaged at all when I received it! The screen has nothing wrong with it and there’s no dents at all! I put a case on mine but only to protect it!
