Can barely tell it's refurbished. Only clue would be a smaller battery life than I expected, but it's still good.

The screen has a little green smudge on it but everything came well speakers work well and laptop runs fine so far and came with the original charger just the smudge is annoying

I got mine in perfect cosmetic condition, charger and cable are pretty scuffed up, but no big deal. The only thing is that I got mine at 90% battery health which pretty low for only 24 Charging Cycles, but I also got it for $530, so can’t complain there.

I LOVE THIS LAPTOP! so far I have used my laptop for school and it works so good. I love the feature the Macbook has and the quality of this laptop.

Best Buy is always the place for me to buy electronics, always such good deals on refurbished items.

I will not buy any refurbished item from Best Buy online. I bought the laptop online. The charger came with laptop thatwas not compatible. It needs usb-c type. They sent MagSafe type charger. I am not sure how they can send a laptop with different charger. Online support and in store support is so bad that they don’t replace the charger. I need to buy a new charger. I don’t get it. Don’t but refurbished item online from Best Buy. Bad experience.

I was hesitant to buy this because of the very few but mixed reviews. I ordered it and got it 3 days earlier than expected. First I looked for any cosmetic damages, all was good, there was an extremely small light scratch that was hardly even noticeable. I don't think I would've looked that closely if it wasn't for the review that mentioned the cosmetic issues. After I got it set up I ran some tests for speed and issues. I just searched on Google for what I should test on refurbished macs and did those. Everything has been great! If there was any issues with the system I would've used the 30 warranty and return it. Overall this computer seems brand new. **I have only had it for 3 weeks.*

Bougbt for my girlfriend and she loves it being a full time education major, long battery life and able to handle multitasking with 10+ tabs open at once with ease

It's a good device, although for certain tasks it's definitely lacking in power. It does it's job and it's very portable, highly recommend it.

Even though the MacBook is refurbished, it looks new. No scratches, dings, or anything that indicates it has been used! I was able to set it up without any trouble and am very pleased with the product. I recommend it to anyone who needs a quality laptop for personal or professional use.

This laptop replaces my 5 year old MacBook. It's faster and battery life is great. Plus it's ligher.

This Mac Book Air is Superb, very fast, dead silent, with tremendous battery life. the Sale price from Best Buy was unbeatable , even lower than Apple.

I thought this laptop was going to have scratches and dents as it’s refurbished. I was totally wrong It was as if this was brand spanking new like someone had just purchased it and returned it within 1hr. I use it everyday and I have not noticed any lagging

Awesome product. I bought it for my wife. The battery is excellent, and I replaced it from a Samsung Laptop. She never complained about the Mac OS interface. She adapts very well and quickly. The UX for traveling with this MacBook is comfortable and easy to use for common work.

Excellent works like a brand new machine. I also own a brand new one. My new one has higher specs but this was a great deal.
