Extremely disappointed. Firsty, device came in the wrong color and all scratched up dirty and crumbs still in the keyboard. Moreover, it had dents on the top casing which caused display issues. Can’t believe that they would sell this device and for that price considering that it’s 3 yrs old. Returned it to a store and wasted my time.

The MacBook came in ideal condition. It only had 43 cycles of recharging.

3 years later this laptop is still worth the money. I’ll recommend it over the M3 chips since the price of this is cheap! M3 chip only 10-20% better that M1 chip but with this price difference its still best.

I have been using this laptop for last 10 months. It came with original MagSafe charger, it looks like a completely new device. Compared to my old intel MacBook Air 2020, it has better screen, better battery life. It is insanely quick and cost around the same. I would recommend this product to friends and family if they are looking to buy a computer for daily office use, browsing internet or watching movies.

My refurbished MacBook Pro arrived dirty which was surprising. Both the keyboard, screen and chasis needed wiping down, but only took a couple of minutes to clean. Almost no wear and tear was seen once I cleaned it. It also came with 3 months of Apple Care left on it which was a pleasant bonus.

The unit arrived in pristine condition and the laptop even had apple care already on it. The certified refurbished laptop items sold by Bestbuy and certified by Geek Squad standards is unparalleled in quality and value. I would highly recommend that if you're in the market for a new Mac or other Apple device to stop here first. This M1 14inch MBP is an amazing deal and I can hardly wait till I order my next item from Bestbuy!

First macbook that came in was super damaged and I tried returning it and apparently they gave me the wrong macbook so Im still dealing with that right now. However, my second order came in and this macbook pro 14 is in emmaculate condition so far with only 3 cycles of charging. These dont come up in stock often so you should order multiple and pick whichever one is the best condition!

For half the original price but you get a helluva machine, its worth it. My only complaint is that it didnt come with an apple official charging brick but it did come with the magsafe cord so there isnt much to complain about

This MacBook Pro arrived in a box that was ripped open. The MacBook Pro was scratched, including the screen in multiple places with deep scratches. It was also covered in animal hair. Many keys had crusty grime dried on them. I had to clean it well before use. It felt like they did as little as possible to refurbish this device, even something as small as cleaning it. This laptop gets the job done and internally performs well, but because of the physical condition it arrived in, I would not purchase a refurbished device from Best Buy again. The price was just too much to not even get a wipe down. It makes me wonder if anything inside was ever maintenanced before reselling. For now, it powers on so it gets 3 stars for that.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a used laptop, but having worked with MacBooks for the last 17, I was confident in their durability. The only question would be in what kind of cosmetic and functional shape this refurbished option would be. I was pleasantly surprised. The device was received in excellent condition. The keyboard showed just the slightest bit of wear, but other than that, it looked completely new. Very glad I went this route versus buying new.

Needed a laptop for school/work/entertainment and I didn't need a brand new Mac, but I still wanted the 120hz display. The laptop came in great condition, no dings or scratches on the body, 90% battery life which is to be expected for a 4 year old laptop. The charger has little scratches on it but other than that it is good. I would recommend this over a m4 air in 2025.

This was my first time buying any refurbished device, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The experience (with a trade-in) was seamless and the quality of the refurbished unit exceeded my expectations. I am happy I decided to buy a refurbished model instead of a much more expensive M2 / M3 current generation device. Hoping that this will last me a while!

This laptop has great battery life, and a great processor

Received the MacBook although it did not came with original packaging but the condition was mint and to my surprise it had 7 months of AppleCare+ left on it which is a big plus as standard warranty was expired.

I have no complaints at all on this referb. It was the best price for the power and it was like new. The Mac itself is fast and I love the newer 14 inch size. Perfect for the photo editing storage and power I need.

Laptop came with no cosmetic damage and 99% battery health. They go out of stock very fast so if you see one available, get your hands on it.

I have come to trust Best Buy refurbished. This is my third purchase from them. The MacBook came with little to no cosmetic damage. All other components work like a dream.

Honestly blew my expectations. If you need a pro model, consider the M1 pro because you might just not need the M4 pro to begin with!
