The actual device is good I really like it. 2 issues tho. First one I think I was overcharged I got charged an installation fee when it shows free installation. They say the system breaks it down like that but I'm pretty sure they are in the wrong. Especially when I try to add that SKU into my online cart and it shows free. 2nd they broke my body panels. There is gaps between them and my windshield wipers don't work since the panel is binding the lever. So I had to pay $45 to order new parts. If I knew that was going to happen I would of gone somewhere else. I will not let them touch it again so I will fix it myself. And I'm usually very understanding about stuff and won't get upset if it was a little scratch or something minor. But when it's raining and I cant use my windshield wipers and there's a big gap that's an issue

Geek Squad online scheduling is a joke. I scheduled on-line, and had an appointment 3 weeks away. On the day before the appointment, I get a call saying that they don't have a tech anymore. Asked me to go to the next closest BB 1 hour away. It was another 2 weeks of waiting, and driving 2 hrs back and forth to get my remote start installed. However, the tech at the store was very efficient, and got it installed sooner that I had planned. Everything works great!

Geek Squad installed my Drone Mobile remote start. They did an excellent job with installation. It was clean and nicely done. No wires showing or anything left undone. Excellent work. When I experienced issues with the Drone unit 1 year later they stood behind their work and the Drone unit was under warranty. They replaced unit free of charge. Excellent service.

I got a great deal on my remote starter. I had been pricing them and was not surprised at how expensive they could be. I lucked up on a Best Buy sale and so far, I have no complaints. The installation was smooth however the guys did try to up-sell me on my purchase. (That wasn't too cool) But that aside, it was done relatively quickly and like I said...so far so good.

This is the 3rd CompuStar remote starter I have purchased at Best Buy and had installed by the Geek Squad in various vehicles. In all cases I have found CompuStar to work flawlessly and be installed correctly by the Geek Squad.. I will always recommend CompuStar and the Geek Squad to my friends and family.

We have been wanting to get a remote starter installed for a number of years but, just found them too expensive. When you offered this deal, I leaped on it. My wife is absolutely thrilled. She suffers acutely from the cold and this will enable her to go out to her car when it is ten degrees and enjoy the heater already being on. Thanks!!!

I took my car in at 10 am which was my appointment time and was told it would be done in 4 hours. It took a little longer than 6 hours because the Geek Squad tech said he'd never done this particular brand of remote start. My overall experience with this service was good.

Had a remote car starter installed. Called for an appointment - installed the nest day. Less than a 3 hour wait and I was on my way. Full explanation on the functionality of the remote and auto starter system...all was short, sweet and to the point.

Had my remote starter installed at the Best Buy in Albany, NY (Crossgates Mall). This is the 2nd remote starter I have installed at this Best Buy location. There were problems with the first remote starter, but I brought my car back and they eventually fixed the problem.

The installation took the amount of time that I was quoted. The front staff and the Installation staff were both extremely courteous and friendly. Installation took the time to walk me through my product and how to use it and answered all my questions. Awesome service!

Purchased on line, including installation. Arrived for my schedule appointment and was done in less than 2 hours. I was upgraded from the universal remote car starter to a vehicle specific unit. I am very pleased with the car starter and the installation team.

Got this with an online package deal of the day. The service at the Woodland Park location for the remote start install was great and the staff was efficient with the install. Highly recommend this location.

Came with the remote starter package. the tech was good, but be aware, not all Best Buy locations can install remote starters, I drove 20 miles to a best buy that did... having 2 best buys near my home.

Had Geek Squad install a remote starter on my Nissan Titan. I dropped the truck off and had it back later that day. All the wiring was tucked neatly. Id trust them now with install on other products.
