My tv bellied up on 6 Jun. I called Geek Squad on 7 Jun and it took a week for them to visit. They took the tv off the wall and stated that they would see if it was repairable or replaced. They did however move another tv and mount it for the time being. One of the techies said to let him know if the problem was solved and to call him back to remount the tv. He forgot to leave his number. The next day I got an email stating that I could get a replacement tv. I went to the store and picked out a Samsung. They gave me a date for delivery without a techie to mount it even though they had located who the original tech was, so I took it that they would arrange installation. WRONG! This was done withe the knowledge of the on duty manager, Chris. All they cared about was the sale! We had agreed that there would be no charge for the mounting. I then contacted their answering service in India and was told that it would take another 7 days to come and install it! I went to the store on 20 Jun and spoke to another manager who fobbed me off to the GS manager who gave me all sorts of excuses with no apologies. When I pointed out to him the time frame, I asked why there were 6 parked GS trucks in the parking lot. He told me they weren't used. My suggestion to him was sell the trucks and hire more techies to do the job! Lastly, they were supposed to pick up the old tv when I took delivery of the new one and GS told me it would take another 7 days to do that. My suggestion is to shop elsewhere if you want good service because no-one cares as long as they make a sale!

Geek Squad very bad experience

I scheduled a refrigerator delivery from 7 am to 1 pm due to construction work in the afternoon. Delivery guy was an hour late, when construction guys already arrived. They advised him to park little bit further from my house, he said it's not safe to carry a refrigerator from there. Although, even without a construction, they'd still have to carry it, because their track is too big to turn to my driveway. So the actual difference was about 100 feet due to construction. Delivery team did not provide me with any options, rather that to reschedule in a few days. I asked them to help me to schedule sooner, because it was not my fault that they arrived late. They refused and told they will call me tomorrow to reschedule. I asked for a supervisor. They said work chat is broken and supervisors are not available. They also told me they work remote and there is nothing they can do. I told them to please stop making fun of me and transfer me, they kept telling some strange stuff about their managers that are not available. I told that I'll then wait on the line with them for the supervisor, because I really need to reschedule it sooner. They finally hang up on me. I used these phone numbers: 1-800-935-9935, 1-800-433-5778. Every single representative was very rude. They were acting like somehow it's my fault and I want something impossible. If managers read this, please review the recording from December, 8th 2020, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. It was a very bad experience.
I was finally able to reschedule a delivery with Best Buy for tomorrow. They said they will use another team to make this right, I'll leave a good feedback for a representative who helped me. I will try to avoid Geek Squad on future and advise my friends to do the same.

TV not delivered

ordered tv on June 9 for delivery June 28. No notice from delivery driver or Best Buy, but TV can't be found on truck, so no delivery. Reschedule earliest July 18. Communication atrocious, I could've been called so I didn't waste an entire day, but I had to call Best Buy three times and hold about a half an hour just to get to the bottom of the issue myself. Never again.

I had a treadmill delivered last week the drivers name is Daniel, he provided great customer service, the drivers were very attentive. Their delivery system is excellent I have not experienced such high quality service. Thank you Daniel and team for an excellent experience.

So the delivery dude "delivered" my product while I was at home without getting my signature, which is required, and without ringing the bell or banging the door. I received a text that it was "delivered" and went down to retrieve it but it wasn't there. Pretty sure the guy did not delivery it at all and I really believe he stole it since no prove of delivery exist. Please find your dude to return my item. Already filled a Case #: I-2020-011153

Elijah and Tim deliver excellent service

My husband and I are having a house built in upper Wisconsin and need all the appliances. We just have the first delivery - two refrigerators, an upright freezer and a laundry pair.
Elijah and Tim called and came on time (actually a little early). Tim took the time with me to walk the potential delivery paths to where the appliances would be installed. Plan made, Elijah and Tim then carefully and professionally brought in the appliances. They tested the appliances. Elijah told me what I had to do before using them and took out the packing materials. They cleaned up behind themselves. They were both very professional and both very friendly. I would love it if Tim and Elijah delivered all my appliances. They were wonderful, even though they had to maneuver through a house full of workfolks.
I would highly recommend them and would tell anyone if Elijah and Tim come to deliver, they will not disappoint you!

Have not received delivery after 2nd scheduled ap

The agent would not deliver refrigerator on the first scheduled delivery date because the transmission broke on the truck a mile a way. They rescheduled a second delivery date 9 days later and this time the lift broke on the truck. They said it was the only refrigerator they had like it and it was stuck on the truck. Had to reschedule date of another week later. Waiting to see if they deliver on the third attempt.

My tv was delivered by two geek squad agents yesterday and they were both very nice, professionals and carried the TV to where I wanted it. They called me ahead of time letting me know I was next and called me as soon as they arrived. Good job,
