The Gen 3 flex thus far has exceeded my expectations, and I was just as pleased with purchasing my 1st e-bike at Best Buy. Paul Amato was excellent as usual in informing me when it would be arriving and the packaging was dent free. This is an excellent 1st e-bike and setup was relatively easy…. Battery life has not been fully tested but the speed & pedal assist are perfect for 1st time buyers….I highly recommend the Flex and this purchase at Best Buy

Super fun to ride and provides a great workout. Battery life is awesome on this thing and the motor provides more than enough power to get you rolling. I did replace the seat as the one that came with it was uncomfortable but I know seats are down to personal preference so I won’t ding them on that. Overall build quality seems to be top notch

Overall this bike is solid. I was looking for a bike that can tackle a lot of hills. This bike gets the job done. Build quality was pretty good. After a couple of rides I did have my pedal assist sensor pop off and stop working. I reached out to the GEN3 team and they replaced it. They had a technician come out and it was all covered. Great customer service!

Bike rides great. Good power. Definitely needs to be tuned before riding to avoid brakes squeaking. Other then that its a good buy

My wife can not ride bikes due to arthritis on her both knees. This bike changed her life style. She is able to ride pain free

This bike is great with excellent control of motor assistance and speed. I've ridden it on road, improved trails and full "off-road" mountain bike trails. It performs great, assists as needed to your setting. The price comparison to others is also huge. While a bit on the heavy side I've gone 10 miles of "track & trail" combined and only used 10% battery.

Great bike and very comfortable ride. Has a great battery life and easy to remove.

It is a good bike. I have been riding it every weekday for the last couple months. I had to tune the brakes and the back derailleur after assembly. That is expected when you get the bike to assemble at home (my other bikes bought online all required some tuning). The range is pretty good, I ride through a lot of hills and I only charge it every 2-3 days. All components seem to be solid.

Electric bike well-made well designed only issue I had was the back tire got a flat and replaced inner tube. Tech-support said any 26 inch tire innertube but I noticed the stem wasn’t as long but it did work.

Picked up eBike today (2/16/2022). Should have been ready on 2/11/2022 but some how got lost at the store. Played the voice mail for the managers that proved someone from the store called me on 2/11/2022 advising that the eBike was ready for pickup. It seemed like a coverup whereas no one wanted to say what really transpired. Have not assembled it. I hope it was worth it.

After much agonizing research and questioning I decided to start here. I am completely satisfied with my decision.

Nice looking bike but the installation take up sometime

I had not been riding in years and bought the Flex. Relatively easy to assemble if you follow the user manual and video. Not only is it a great looking bike but the motor was powerful and allowed me to get up those tough hills without stopping. Being over 50, I was worried that I would get tired riding for a long period of time but the using the motor on all the tough stretches allowed me to get around without exhausting myself.

Fun bike. You can still get a workout or do nothing. Battery locks into the frame so that it nice. Seat is also nice and comfortable for a mountain bike. Plus it was really easy to put together. I love that the bell is built in and the placement of it.
