This connected initially but had intermittent responsiveness. Now it doesn’t respond at all. All it says is “close accepted” with no option to open it via the app. I just aid $60 for a new hardwire button. I bought the new chamberlain unit for a third of the cost, setup was easier and it works flawlessly.

I literally just opened the factory seal. If I can't even get past step 2 in the setup I can only imagine how well it actually works. I returned it as fast as I could.
