Bought to use sort of like a workstation desktop due to the specs. Solid laptop. Beautiful design, Gets the job done. Plays games, edits videos, and handles 3D graphic programs like Unreal Engine 5, Blender etc…No card reader, creator laptop, easy enough to get get extension. Clean setup with good key feedback. Little disappointed with 2 TB memory, it’s actually two 1 TB so to get to the max 4TB needed to buy two 2 TB memory stick, really? Battery is short but this thing draws lot of power when using to potential. Lot of money to short change such an amazing laptop.

Just bought my AERO 17 YE5-94US748HP. the extension block is very goofy, when you stick it on the side it does not sit stable and eventually might, I hope not, damage the TB4 port. Battery life is short, less than 2hrs unless you turn down every thing and run echo mode. Fans could be too loud. They make you jump hoops while product registration, too much for the money but I got $1k off over holidays and coupons. Trying to download manuals, drivers online, not easy

It’s a really solid laptop. But the battery life is really bad and it gets really REALLY hot if you plan on gaming on this thing.

I am extremely happy with this computer. My only complaint is that I wish there was a USB 3 port. It currently includes 3 USB-C ports which are easy to work with, but I need an adapter to use some legacy USB hardware (external hard drives)

I was truly looking forward to this laptop - the specs alone drew me in and I anticipated a powerhouse in performance for gaming, work and productivity. When I saw a price drop of nearly $900, I bit the bullet and made the purchase. Sadly, this did not meet my expectations.
The laptop booted with issues from the get-go…a static flickering screen and loose bolts internally that can be heard jostling around the laptop.
Still looking to give the laptop a shot, I installed a AAA gaming title (RDR2) and was surprised to find the laptop couldn’t handle the demand.
This will be an unfortunate return. Will be sticking to my superior Alienware.

Outstanding laptop! Powerhouse machine!! Handles all my needs with no lag. The price may be intimidating but its worth it. With 32 gigs of RAM, this laptop should last for years. Does get warm but I've always used a laptop fans, so no big deal. Got a great deal on mine too with a sale of $800 off the list price. Get 1 now!!!

Day 1- I got a windows error after unboxing and powering on for first time. I had to do a factory reset. I need this for college. After the factory restart, it worked great! I Would of gave it 5 stars if it powered up correctly. Besides that waiting to see what it does. I hope it gets through my College program.

I do a lot of work with CAD systems, 3D design and photo realistic renderings as a professional residential building designer. This PC has not let me down and handles the very high demands the rendering software requires with ease. I would highly recommend it.

Yes this is $4,000 BUT if you got that time of money to spend.. this is one of the best builds I’ve ever seen in a laptop! Great build quality with an i9, 32gb ram and 2tb ssd!!
