Fantastic card, great performer, but expensive

I'm rating this card based on 2k resolution, not 4k. At 4k, it might still be really good, but the 6800 or higher would be recommended. But, let me be clear: this card is fantastic. Performance wise, at 2k, it's kicking a lot of butt. I play Red Dead Redemption 2, Star Citizen, Battlefield 5 (and now 6), and the difference in the games (coming from my aging 1060 6GB) is ridiculous. 60fps min at 2k resolutions (Star Citizen, in alpha and not optimized, is the exception, but I still hit 60 fps on a regular basis). Heat and noise: the card is cooled well with the triple fan solution Gigabyte is using. It generally runs in the 60-70C temp ranges under load, and there is very little noise. I play with headphones on, so I don't hear a thing, but even when the cans are off, the card is relatively silent compared to ambient noise. Cost: well, let's face it, $950 for a card that was intended for a $600 MSRP is ridiculous. The only upside is that my old GTX 1060 sold for almost $300, which almost makes up for the difference. So this market is a bad thing, but it can be a bit of a good thing for getting rid of old tech. If you've got old tech to sell after you buy this card, fantastic. If you find this card at MSRP, then even better. I'll add that I'm using running this card on a DIY system with an AMD 5600x CPU, x570 mobo, and 32GB of RAM with a Corsair 750w PSU and a Samsung 980 Pro nvme drive. YMMV.

I have this in a Fractual Design Meshify 2 Compact with 3 intake fans and 3 exhaust fans and thermals are pretty good, Under a full load on furmark I was topping out at 71c at 1150 for a undervolt and the card Memory and Hot spot were about 85ish on furmark so with my compact case and it being a synthetic benchmark it should be lower in a bigger case or Games but throwing that in there for people who might want to know. It has a 0 fan mode which can be really nice for quiet operating while not doing a whole lot and even under the stock fan curve this thing is pretty quiet. Minimal RGB other than the gigabyte logo lighting which is very sutble and nice, I really wanted a Aorus version but got this at $674 so im not complaining. If you need it now this def this card when its around $600 or less

For the price, the performance of this GPU has been acceptable. Cryptocurrency mining shot demand through the roof, so it's understandable, though now that's going away and people are picky. If you're going to get a 6700 XT, this is a great one to get, however. The quality of this cooler is excellent. The card looks good, with customizable RGB behind the GIGABYTE logo on the side. The fans are quiet without vibration. The card doesn't come close to maxing the cooler out. It's solid. As for the manufacturer, you really can't go wrong with Gigabyte. They repaired a second hand 3070 I received without requiring original receipt. As for performance, it's as good as a 2080 Ti in every regard. That means worse ray tracing than a 3070, but more VRAM for 4K games. If you see this on open box, it's a good pick.

IF YOU ARE AN AMD USER, IGNORE THIS REVIEW In terms of looks, this card isnt something too special but it does the job it needs to do, however mixing this card inside of an Intel Computer was a mistake, drivers got messed up and resolution was completely thrown off, this was my first high end card and man I should have done the research before buying. If your computer is AMD compatible go for it but beware Intel users about incompatible software, it was a nightmare to fix.

This card runs great with the automatic overclocking. I also have this linked with my AMD processor. The people talking about the fans not working out of box need to read about the newer cards. The Fans don’t turn on until the card goes past a certain temp. 1440 and 1080 FPS is up to 120 but if playing in 4K you will not get over 60FPS. Price is to high but it’s the current market we’re in.

Huge card. Make sure your case can fit it. Performs well in the games I've tested at 1440p. It is very expensive compared to NVIDIA offerings (if you can find them at MSRP). Compares to a laptop 3070 GPU that I was able to test side-by-side. If you can get it on a deal it would be acceptable, but given the lack of other options, it's the best you can get without resorting to scalpers.

Plays games really well at 1440, runs quiet, and looks good. Price tag is a really hard pill to swallow though. Performance compares more to somewhere between 3060Ti and 3070

This card outperforms my 3060 easy. I was hesitant to buy it during the crypto card crush as it was $1k and didn't quite have the hype around Nvidia cards, but it has served me very well and I can play everything on ultra with my potato of a pc.

Took 3 1/2 weeks to receive my gpu. It’s a big boy. Performs on par with a 2080ti up to 1440p. But the 6700xt scales back at 4k compared to my 2080ti. I haven’t decided yet either keep this or put in another build that I have. Regardless Amd has come along way with drivers are there and software is actually better than nvidia. This is my first amd card in a few years that I’ll be keeping so good luck to all who needs a gpu this is a killer card 3dmark firestrike was almost 31000 with 6700xt Compared to my 30000 for my 2080ti

A high quality GPU for gaming. The cooler on this GPU does an excellent job of keeping the temps under control even under heavy load. One of the better 1440p gaming GPUs made.

Gigabyte RX 6700 XT is an awesome GPU. Easy to setup, easy to cool down and let the software do the work for you. Tested several games, mined a few minutes, did some stress test and the card performance was excellent. Price was high, but so are the other named brands - MSRP is out the window - but when you need a card - Best Buy was still $100 or more cheaper than Amazon or Ebay for the same Item.

To expensive but so far a great 1440 card. It pairs really well with my 3700x. 100+ FPS on most games tried so far but need to update my bios to try out smart access memory. I’m going to try that out when I have more time. I actually think most games look better with this card over my 3070 in my other pc. 3070 is faster but the graphics look sharper to me. I am also really liking the Radeon software and the drivers have been very stable for most games. Recommend with a price drop.

This card performs exactly how I thought it would. I can play any game on high/ultra settings in 1440p with little to no issue (usually on the software side of things, not hardware). The only "issue" I have, which I was honestly fully expecting, was how loud this thing gets. Those fans get going and it sounds like a jet engine is taking off.

Not the high end of the new AMD Radeon GPUs but this is the only one I was able to get my hands on given the shortage. Hence I paid well above AMD retail price which I feel is not worth it. Additionally, I purchased this used from Bestbuy but it was in excellent condition as described. I use this card for gaming on Call of Duty Warzone and average well over 100 FPS on 1440p with medium settings.
